Costs a bit more than the others but well worth it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it integrates seamlessly with Hubspot, which our sales team uses. Our proposals sent via PandaDoc provide a professional and customized experience for potential new clients. The signing experience is quick and easy from a client's perspective and is completely while labeled, unlike others.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the only thing I don't like is the price. If it were more affordable, I would have user access set up for every sales person, but currently I can only justify providing PandaDoc access at a department level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of follow up with our previous provider, and this has reduced significantly with PandaDoc. Also, the ability to combine our proposals and user agreements in PandaDoc has sped up the sales process.
Truly amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
Their chat support is excellent; prompt response and thorough solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price point for the next level up subscription is a bit high for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc for employment contracts, quoting project work, and am going to also create some customer response forms too.

I will not say it's Dislike; it's just a missing feature. I observed that, If the receiver sign first and the sender sign afterward system does not generate certificates

Get signed from customers digitally and they don't have to Scan and sign the document

Decent for order forms/contracts
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly intuitive and quick once you set up templates to work from.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the formatting is a pain and can be difficult to add widgets to existing forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly put together proposals for prospects. You do not need to be an expert to use this and can figure most things out on your own. Also support is helpful when needed.
Easily Make Great Sales Orders
What do you like best about the product?
I love the connection to salesforce and how easily trackable everything is. I love being able to see when someone has viewed a proposal/contract and how long they stayed on each page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes adding fields and changing signing order can be a bit confusing - I wish things were more easily labeled and in a flow that makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending contracts, proposals, and NDAs. Much easier in an automated system that is trackable!

Ability to add automated triggers/customisable fields and integrations

Somewhat clunky to get started, templates are a bit difficult to use

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can easily add templates and request signatures. I also love how it sends reminders to those I have requested documents from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like an option to get a reminder of when a document is going o expire. Just like how the client gets a reminder, I need one too so I know when a document is about to expire. I would also like to know how to easily change a client's email in the database without having to delete the whole contact info---it's something I haven't been able to figure out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can text a link to clients to have them sign especially if they are having trouble signing in their email. I also love the option to make a duplicate form so I don't have to fill it all out again for the next months form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to explore all the tools offered. It has made my work life so much easier and more efficient at getting client signatures back in a timely manner.
PandaDoc - Great for tracking proposal cycle

I love the tracking updates. Being notified when a prospect is opening and reviewing your proposal is extremely valuable.

PandaDoc is a newer platform and unrecognized by many prospects.

One single platform for generating, sharing, and executing proposals.
