Super User Friendly Signature Site to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and it has all the most important features that we need like the tick box function and the ability to make notes on the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot make small changes to documents after they have been sent to recipients without losing the changes that were made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many!! The only way we get signatures on documents is via PandaDoc!

Creation of finger-licking great proposals, enhancing and digitizing our client experience before signing.
Version management and e-Signing is pretty great. It helps us standardize our offerings to clients.

We love the Zapier integation with Slack, Google Doc and ActiveCampaign (CRM)

We like the user-friendliness of the software.

Would like to have date format options with the full month spelled out. It will assist in reducing a lot of confusion around this issue.

How easy it is to use, and how professional it is.

So far, nothing. I do the same thing every time I use it, and I'm happy with it so far.

Getting my clients to sign documents/contracts. The benefits are that I can get contracts signed by my clients.

A good and reliable service, so for sure I would recommend PandaDoc to a friend.
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and reliable, understandable design and UX. Easy to sign the docs and submit, easy to communicate with colleagues to approve the doc/draft. Navigation is super clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Couldn't edit Pdf's once it was uploaded to the platform, too many buttons on the left - basically I use only 2 of them. Documents and Templates.

fast signing the contracts with vendors, seeing the history of edits of the contract.
approving the contracts with Finance/Legal. Things with PandaDoc are much faster.

As for now, I think PandaDoc is one of the best contract management/electronic signature systems.
Super Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the auto-fill features are and that we have space to put all we need to be signed off on. We love being able to put mock-ups and recieve feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mostly have no complaints we use one template right now but it's so worth it. The only thing is the email goes to people's spam a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the issue of having people proof read before approval and it covers our butts if something is wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create templates. For example, we have a template for preapproval letters for our loan request submissions. Pandadoc autofills the data from our loan applications into the preapproval templates. I can generate and send these out very quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something I didn't like about the software yet!

I am solving the need for speed and getting out documents quicker with less work on my part!
LOVING PandaDoc!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is the easiest program I've used for getting signatures from clients. My clients have also said it's quick and easy for them as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. VERY happy with it! No concerns or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: Covid restrictions and concerns. Limited time for client and myself. Benefits.: Saves on travel to clients, and time involved.
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate with all the different software that we use. It is user friendly enough that even someone without a lot of computer knowledge, can get a hang of pretty easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integrations don't do so well in pulling information from certain software. This can get annoying from time to time as it takes more time to do everything manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving more time from having to write long drawn-out proposals. I'm also seeing more time saved from it being able to pull information from other software with ease.
