Great for contracts signatures and follow ups
What do you like best about the product?
The signatures management and flow
Configuration of the fields to be filled by my investors along with field explanation

What do you dislike about the product?
as of today I still do not use the template which could probably save me time when I have mistakes in my original document.
in this case, I need to correct the document in its editor, upload it again and configure all fields again.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to print contracts

all my investors find it easy to work with so they do not need to print-sign-scan (or even worse use their iPhone to take pictures)

Reasonable quote system which integrates well
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with HubSpot is smooth so works well for my needs
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you have to physically change the currency from USD each time when quoting in different currencies, not just in one area but in two, it's annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are quickly able to produce quotes for prospects with appealing branding options

We manage many Chinese suppliers and new customers every day. We need to sign then all on our NDA forms.

What do you dislike about the product?
As my work in PandaDoc is constant I wish that the PandaDoc team will allow me to work with a bot that I'll need to fill my customer/supplier name and email, and then PandaDoc will complete the chosen form automatically and will CC me when sending the form to the customer/supplier so I know that the job is done
This will eliminate me getting waiting till the document is opened.... It still takes time and when you need to make few every day, it's tedious...

As we work with Monday - it is great that they two apps communicate, this helps me to manage all our customers and suppliers digital forms throght Monday with PandaDoc

A very comprehensive tool
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a simple tool to use. Very practical for group work. Document validation workflow useful and very well thought out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not possible to simply transfer documents from one workspace to another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send our business proposals to our clients as well as employment contracts to our future collaborators.
Awesome service, extensive product
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc offers much to help you on your way and help you improve your software usage. The product is very extensive, so you could get a little lost in all the different possibilities, but it also offers a lot of room to personalize,
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features aren't as straightforward as you would expect, but PandaDoc is doing tons of research to help improve that. Also, it helps to not just jump in and actually watch a tutorial or get training (unlike I did :') )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is awesome for making up contracts and quotations that can even be tailored to the specific receiving parties. You can also automate a bunch, which is nice for follow-ups.

It's extremely easy to use and it integrates really well with the other softwares we use.

There is nothing that I dislike about your product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to get a hold on all of our renewal quotes, initial proposals and contractual agreements and made it much easier to receive these documents back from clients. The automated chase emails make this extremely simple.

No paper, no stamps, nice and friendly design. Great mobile app.

Sometimes slow loading of documents.
Sometimes it is not working on safari (macos)
The most terrible thing is when you are selecting sentance from last word to first, program doesn't give you to select till first word, it just jups to second or third word. that's very annoying me everytime

What do you like best about the product?
its easy use of its templates. its easy to navigate throughout and is very user-friendly for beginners. Would advise to a co-worker to use and navigate throughout their daily uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the program makes me have to sign in now and then. I wish it didn't have to do that as it can take a while to re-login to my work email. Overall not a bad system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps me with quoting customers more efficiently. I would recommend this program in any job i work in that requires sales in their day-to-day work. Thanks

Definitely would recommend it, it's a very fast and simple website to work with. The templates are a huge help

How simple it is to use. I never have too many problems uncovering what I need to do.

That I cannot edit a document to have them resign.
