They refuse to refund citing their "refund policy"
What do you like best about the product?
nice customer service. However, they are more interested in saving some money than assisting customers. Not thrilled.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we signed up for 1 day, found out that the insurance company we contract with refuses to use them. They refused to refund the subscription after less than 24 hours of use and 1 document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It didn't. We would have been happy to use it, but our company doesn't believe that it is sufficient enough and therefore we could not use it.
Great tool and so easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like PandaDoc because it's very easy to use and the platform is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can send documents that need people to fill out so they can do it in and I can collect them in a very easy way.
Great tool to manage contracts and payments!
What do you like best about the product?
The library of reusable assets to create contract templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Integration with Hubspot needs to be done through Zapier for more advanced capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contracts in PandaDoc is much more a collaborative process. My clients can comment and modify the contract with ease. The signoff of contracts is great!
Easy to use software, lots of great features!
What do you like best about the product?
We like the multiple workspace feature, allowing us to split out our teams under the same license. We also love the templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit high, but there are a lot of features you get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a simple e-signature solution for our contracts that integrates into Hubspot.
Using PandaDoc has been a breeze and our team loves the software.
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface that's clean and easy to use. It integrates with many third-party apps and works well with Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run across dislikes honestly it's pretty good and the price is comparable with peer companies.

We needed a way to collaborate and send clients documents and PandaDoc was the solution.
Great document management and signing program
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive and free document signing and management program. Ended up upgrading the account to utilize some more advanced features down the line including making editable templates to simplify the process further.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning, certain documents being sent using PandaDoc were flagged as spam when sent to some users, but this was not always the case. Really can't complain given that the company offers so much of its platform for free and has some useful paid features as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document Management, using PandaDoc to have fillable templates made that are sent out for signing by multiple parties. Tracking the progress is simple and intuitive for both the sender and receiver of the documents.
Our Customers Love PandaDox
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using PandaDoc for a little over a year now and our customers love it. It gives them the opportunity to sign wherever they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. I am having to type more to get past the minimum character requirements
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers often are out and about and have no access to a scanner to scan their signed documents. PandaDocs allows them to sign anwhere.
TERRIBLE SERVICE THAT HAD SO MUCH POTENTIAL
What do you like best about the product?
There's not much to like anymore. they've gone downhill. SO MANY BUGS! such terrible support. they blackmail/force you into new features that should be included.
What do you dislike about the product?
*UPDATE* - this is how bad their coding is: After leaving them such a terrible review on their internal system, it was curious to me why it sent mea link to leave a public review, given I would obviously let the world know about the horrible experience. I reread the email they sent me and it says "Thank you again for leaving us a 10/10 rating inside Pandadoc! ". I CLEARLY left them a terrible review LOL omg.. they are awful! EVERYTHING! SO BUGGY! and every time. they"fix" one bug they create another. even worse: bugs they "fix" come back! and usually with. a vengeance. There's no customer service phone number. and their online support is TERRIBLE. recently their ENTIRE service went down right. in the middle of the work day! this is not the type of service that should EVER go down. they should have triple and quadruple failover. and it seems like. they don't even have single failover! we had an ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL contract that needed to go out immediately. when I got into chat to ask what was going on they copied and pasted a canned response and ended the chat!! (I verified it was a live person, so this wasn't just a bot that did this). THEY ARE AWFUL! The system for creating, maintaining and finding your documents is a MESS. the user interface is confusing and buggy.

they're not solving problems anymore. They are creating more problems than there used to be and with the terrible/non responsive/awful "customer service" you're left feeling like yo don't matter.

What do you dislike about the product?
the way to change the BU is sometimes not fully integrated with HubSpot, ie I have first change the BU in Pandadoc and then connect from Hubspot. It would be easier if I could do that directly in the Pandadoc window poping up in Hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it just makes more convenient to prepare a quote for a client, send it for approval to top management and finance and then directly send it to the client for e-signing.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, user-friendly interface. Reliable signature tracking. Ease of sending documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I'm sure any version will meet your needs.
