PandaDoc Serves As A Convenient Secure Way To Send Documents For Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is an easy secure way to send documents to people for electronic signatures. I like that I can place fillable fields into premade documents to "assign" where people need to sign and place information such as the date.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc is fairly comprehensive but perhaps enabling a person to edit a document that was already sent to someone might help in case it was necessary to add a field or information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps in allowing us in onboarding new employees by enabling us to securely send "welcome letters" for signatures; they serve as binding documents until contracts are ready for their signatures.
CAREFUL YOU CAN'T BREAK THE CONTRACT FOR A YEAR!
What do you like best about the product?
Nice interface and quite easy to use but really need to make sure that it does what you wan it to do before to sign a contracts cause they will not let you cancel even if it doesn't answer you needs and expectation like they are desperate to make money off your back more than refund you and maybe you'll be back later with another need or a new company! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I got scammed by a Sales person who wants their commission more than create successful stories with all of their customers. They offered me to add the Smart content and I asked is it forever or for a limited period of time and never got any answer back. I tried to cancel my account and delete my credit card info. Now I need to wait and see what will happen in 3 months. BE VERY CAREFUL. Make sure it answers your needs before you sign their contracts. WORST than a phone company. You'll be stuck for a year contract if I listen to the sales rep I got on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not solving anything for me. Just loosing my time and money. I needed a solution that when I select a field from my CRM it would add a page or a block of content in the document so it would be easier to create clients propositions.
Great product to create, manage and sign (good-looking) documents
What do you like best about the product?
The editor is quite powerful and easy to use. There are a few quirks, but nothing you can't work around quite quickly. It allows for the creation of great documents, and the signing process is very easy both for the sender and the signers. The most helpful features are the integrations, though. We can create documents for signing purposes from our CRM (it even syncs the data and populates the document!), Gmail and Google Drive in a few clicks only. It is very productive!
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to the product. It is a bit clunky at times and sometimes it is slow to load documents, but it is not frequent and the awesome features more than counterbalance.

Pandadoc allows for the creation and signing of digital documents. We are using it for proposals, contracts, NDAs and a bunch of other documents that needs to be signed.
Love the product. Simple, seamless and great for SMB / Midmarket companies.

Revisions are really easy, and all the signing permissioning

Exporting to docs is buried in the app. Could have more seamless UX

If you don't like e-signatures, PandaDoc won't work for you

Getting contracts to customers, counter-signed by both parties and then disseminated and stored properly was a manual process involving paper, multiple scans, emailing and manual tracking.
PandaDoc automates the entire process. And provides extra visibility. You can see when prospects/customers view or sign the contract.

It is so easy to use, even for our customers who are not tech-savvy. And that its very customizable.

I haven't found something that I dislike.

We don't have to drive back to a customer's home to get their signature. And we can edit and resend a contract in very little time if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Pandadoc is that I can send all of my pricing, with product videos and a link to apply for finance on an easy-to-navigate, professional-looking platform with the capability of DocuSign.

I don't dislike a single thing about Pandadoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc is making doing business with my organization easier. I believe that if doing business is easy, the customer will continue to do business with us and consider alternative options must less. That is what Pandadoc is currently doing for me.

Pandadoc is a top-notch platform for electronic signatures. Due to its accessibility, it is convenient for the signer and is generally user-friendly. It is also free.

I can no longer send an email from within the platform that contains a link,

PandaDoc is the best option if you require client signatures but do not want to pay every document.
