PandaDoc is very good but a bit challenging for setup for basic user

Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started using PandaDoc, and I am impressed with how easy it is to share documents and get signatures, even if more than one person needs to sign. Love that I get a notification each step of the way- IE: when viewed- signed- completed. The fact that the documents are legally binding is a huge plus. The free version has all the basics, but the paid versions offer more customizing options and reminders. I also appreciate the option to email direct from the system or get a link to email or text. I use PandaDoc almost everyday. This is no setup, just create an account and start using. What do you dislike about the product?
Adding text blocks can be a bit cumbersome, but it is getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can email from Panda doc or generate a link and send it from my email. Requesting signatures is quick and easy, and the customer gets a copy of their own - so they always know what they signed.

Very userfriendly and provide a minute to minute account of what is happening with you document sent to the signer

The data input boxes need to be sized to ensure there are no overlappings

Allowing me to retain an audit trail; professional looking; time management and wider coverage

I like that PandaDoc is user friendly and adaptable to each job. I think it is a great program and is very cost-effective.

It is a little challenging to resend a document.

It is much more convenient for our customers to e-sign instead of printing, signing and scanning it back to us.

Very Intuitive Program
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to link with other programs. The ability to pull in data is a big help. Also, when creating things from scratch, it's extremely easy to load custom documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I have to edit a document, it generally makes me refresh the page prior to being able to send. This is something minor, but can become a nuisance. Other than that, no major dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track whenever someone open the envelope. This helps to know if they've even attempted to address things! I also like the reminder function for some of the people who aren't as on top of their inbox game.

Easy and fast to use. Since I only use the services sporadically, it's very appreciated that they offer a free user account.

There's nothing that I dislike that I can think of.

Since I work remotely, it would be very difficult to have contracts signed in person.
