Helpful and professional resource
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can send documents and get signatures virtually. It helps my small business to be more efficient & professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to send the same document to multiple people without having to do separate documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is making is a lot easier to get signatures on leases, contracts, waivers. It helps to make the process more productive and efficient. Yes, our business performance has improved.
PandaDoc integrates well with HubSpot Sales Hub, which makes it very easy for us to use.
What do you like best about the product?
We can pull over data from a HubSpot deal record fairly easily to help populate contracts. It's also helpful to be able to see if contracts are complete in HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little easier to pull in HubSpot data, but I don't have any complaints at this point. It's fairly easy to share contracts, to have people offer revisions if they choose, and to execute docs. I'm a fan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick contract creation and execution, consistent language in all contracts, tracking signer interactions, and allowing for collaborative review. This makes the contract process much more efficient for us.
Great system for document templates and digital signatures

Ease of use and the amount of templates for documents

No text message reminders for clients to sign

What do you like best about the product?
It is very comprehensive with all of the required features, very easy to use and navigate. PandaDoc is key to our everyday success of sending out Client Agreements for review. We have significantly reduced the amount of time that it takes to receive completed agreements.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been overall very happy with the product and support when needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivers timely contracts for review. It allows clients to easily review documents and apply signatures where applicable. The digital stamp and follow up notification is very useful.
Taking Proposals to the Next Level: Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
True team collaboration in order to execute getting out a client proposal and contracts. Since we've switched over, it's improved our efficiency and given us brand consistency! We also appreciate the data it provides us on our proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
We'd like to see the profit margins for the contracts be able to be updated after the signature of a client. External costs change, and it would allow us to be even more efficient in our internal process to know the cost on the job accurately.

Collaboration, brand consistency, and efficiency.
Makes getting signed documents so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get things signed. I used to have to send things, and then people printed and signed them, and it was inconvenient and time-consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my customers are a little confused by e-signing and I have to explain things to them a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I ask my clients to sign a working agreement, which they can now do quickly and easily. It vastly simplifies my life, especially now that everything I do is virtual.
Love the functionality that is offered with a free account
What do you like best about the product?
There is quite a bit of functionality included with the free version. Many other sites either want you to purchase a full version after so many days or uses, or they limit the functionality to make it very cumbersome and basic (for a business) with the free version. Not PandaDoc! Yes, there are some cool functions that only come with a full/paid version but I've been using it for over a year for work and have not felt limited in any way. I am always able to send out complete documents without feeling like I need a workaround because the functionality isn't there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was an easier fix to changing the signer (and maybe I just haven't found it yet). I mistyped an email address and wasn't able to change it after completing the document, so I had to delete the document and start over. Not horribly painful but would just be nice to have an easier fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and money for both my clients and me - no more mailing documents for a wet signature and no more email/print/sign/scan/email process that is very cumbersome and outdated now. Faxes never seem to come through clean, so this is an excellent alternative to faxing as well.
Endless Use Cases
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use however is awash with functionality. Users have developed use cases for it far beyond the initial document signing functionality we signed up for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. We've had no glitches and the implementation support was brilliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Post lockdown we all work from home and central printing and postage facilities are no longer a feature of how we work. We are are also focusing on reducing our carbon footprint. Panda Docs has enabled to do this whilst also professionalising the look and feel of documents.
Extremely useful to write, send, and sign contracts
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact that I can assign fields to different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you can have two times the same color for two different assigned people.
