Quick and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows you to continue using the free version to get signatures. It is a great way to get signatures remotely. There isn't a limit on how many signatures you can send for in a month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I haven't liked about PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in four different locations in the school district. That causes a lot of travel, but PandaDoc helps me collect signatures without having to drive to each location to get them. It also helps get signatures from parents whose students are virtual.
These guys have a great program
What do you like best about the product?
I really like PandaDoc because it is comprehensive. It has great tools for me to connect with my current clients. I love these guys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any big issues with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving contract management and help me write comprehensive problems in contracts.
Great Interface for Digital Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
Love using Pandadoc to verify our clients documents. The interface is very customer friendly and encryption is great
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little easier to ensure fields are mandatory and edit docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing a digital process to get client signatures rather than printing documents off; this is acceptable as it is a unique signature each time rather than software generated
Panda is great with getting docs signed, but building out the forms is sometimes difficult.
What do you like best about the product?
You can see how many times your client has viewed documents and how long the were on each of the pages of the document. It can be more detailed than most document signing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to make the edits you want. I have to always click multiple times to make it actually start editing the document. I also hate that you have to go into the catelog to add items. I wish you could do that in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes signing online very easy. I can build out detailed forms with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Has a lot of features (even for the free version). Makes getting client signatures quick and easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't edit my document and have to reload if I notice something needs to be added or deleted before sending to client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the need to meet face-to-face with clients to enter into retainer agreements/ execute documents.
Best Document Building and E-Signature Tools on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create template documents and modify them on the fly per individual recipient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a robust software but still quite a few bugs that need to be worked out so it is more stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to create template documents for various purposes and send them out to recipients. It also helps with tracking of those documents and trace back to CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Having been in contractual sales and marketing for over 20 years and living through the evolution of technology, I have used a multitude of processes. DocuSign, Adobe Sign, GoogleDocs, PandaDoc and of course the the days before e-signing was used. What makes PandaDoc stand out is the ease of drag and drop features to create a customized contract without reinventing the wheel.
What do you dislike about the product?
With ever evolving features that connect with ease to other platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Teams, etc. - there is nothing I don't like about PandaDoc!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time and efficiency! Real-time redlining and collaboration speeds up the process and allows for multiple teams (Legal, Procurement, IT) to easily negotiate contract terms while tracking changes. I also love the drag and drop feature that offers fast turnaround, from proposal to contract.
This is a fantastic peice of software!
What do you like best about the product?
My small business serves a limited number of customers; however, I must keep detailed records of all contracts and correspondence. PandaDoc allows me to limit the amount of physical paperwork necessary to be successful. PandaDoc is easy to use for both the client and the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing I dislike about PandaDoc. I dislike the limited number of tools in the free version as opposed to the Essential version ($19/month). I serve fewer than 50 customers a month. I would like a plan closer to $9/month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows me to avoid sending physical contracts, by mail, to my customers. It also allows me to keep a digital copy of the contract that I can access in the field.
Nice tool for small organizations with undefined processes

Flexible document management at the agent level
What do you dislike about the product?
Not scalable, missing features, administration is horrible.

Easy to use, yet powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use, and the ability to see when a proposal has been opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me; I haven't discovered any downsides yet. The program does what I need it to do and does it reliably.

I primarily use it to present estimates or proposals along with our service contract and to do so while securing E-signatures is a big plus
