Get's The Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc gets the job done, notifies you often and makes it easy for multiple users to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little time to get to know. It is not always user-friendly right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates the in-person onboarding paperwork process. Making onboarding quicker and more efficient overall.
Love using PandaDoc, super easy!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use, and I get updates via email once the documents are signed so I can stay on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet. It works perfectly for our office.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadoc allows us to get signatures for insurance documents. This is highly beneficial to clients that do not live locally or are too busy to come in and sign documents. I can import multiple files and send them over as one file for signatures.
Better than docusign
What do you like best about the product?
I find the centralized document storage to be very helpful. As an administrator I can see every document that is used is signed by anyone on my team. Documents used to get lost in various peoples personal folders when we used docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think as with most of these kinds of subscription based softwares, I find it annoying that some things I would call "basic" are a part of the upgraded package vs standard. There are more things I would like to do with the tool but haven't been able to because some of the templated features are more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the only document signing tool that we use. It also is a great back up repository for all the contracts we have in place. It is also a good place to get organized and put it into a review cycle.

Customizability, ease of use, and also helps me keep all of my contracts organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downtime screwed me over one time. It is a little bit pricy when you want to include more users.

I am getting all of my contracts signed and centralized all in the same spot. It is very easy to send contracts, with the copy link function since sometimes it gets lost in the inbox.
Simple to use & improves the client experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create new documents. Simple to incorporate pre-existing documents we use on a regular basis with our clients. Clients like that it is easy to use and they can sign documents in advance rather than taking extra time during a meeting.

What do you dislike about the product?
When downloading a signed document to a PDF, some of the documents have issues where the formatting changes after the customer has interacted with the document. I've worked directly with customer support to resolve this, and the forms look much better now. However, some of the formatting issues have persisted. For example, only a few lines on a chart disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of time was previously dedicated to completing documents manually and spending time with clients during meetings while they complete and sign forms.
Now we can send the document to the customer in advance via email and they are able to complete it when it's convenient for them. Both parties then have a digital copy of the signed agreement.

By far one of the most innovative products for signing documents remotely.

Absolutely nothing. This is an excellent product

Setting up templates takes some knowledge
Access to PandaDoc is not as clean as one may like, creating workflow problems mainly when staff turnover occurs. This function could be improved.

Outstanding value, useful features, wish more were available for single user
What do you like best about the product?
Feature-rich, easy to use, integrates well with existing applications, workflow controls, and notification system streamlines and improves process management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all features are available to a single user. I believe if all features were available the additional value would encourage more users (me included) to "sell" the value to other users at my organization. The response time can be very slow between screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management and tracking. Notifications to external and internal parties eliminates wasteful email and phone communications about status.
Pretty good platform, however has some minor flaws...
What do you like best about the product?
The templates are very easy to use, and reformatting documents during creation is a breeze. Also, the documents send immediately after you press the button (no delays)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is difficulty when trying to do complex templates integrated with Salesforce. Additionally, the platform lacks a few key formatting options, especially for pricing tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to obtain signatures on the investment proposal documents we send out. Pandadoc has made sending out these proposals from Salesforce a breeze, and with the help of our developer, automatically converts an Opportunity to a different stage when a signed document is returned.
