Amazing performance by a power packed software
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing features to easily manage and sign contracts. It makes the document signing process so easy and handy on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe it can be improved in terms of UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes contract management so easy to use. Benefits the end users as well as it takes a single click to esign the contracts. It helps me prioritise the contracts as well.
Relatively smooth so far - after figuring out how to use it

Makes adding fields into a contract template simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Templates are a little clunky and non intuitive. A little expensive per user. Copy pasting fields also clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending out contracts to our clients. Makes it easy to sign and pay relatively easily for our SMB clients.
Really handy tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like is how simple it is to use. I can upload a file, drag-and-drop the signature boxes in, sign my own name, then easily generate a link for my client to sign. What's more, I've had no client get confused about how to use this on their end either, which is a big bonus. Nothing worse than an application that makes the client jump through hoops for a simple action.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a pain that I have to upload my own template every time, but I'm actually considering paying for the premium version of the tool so I won't have to do that. I don't tend to pay for many services but this feels like one I would strongly consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to have contracts signed by myself and my clients, and this tools is a really simple, easy way for me to manage that. I just send them a link, then I receive the signed contract in my inbox, no hassle at all.

Sending documents to clients via PandaDoc for official sign-off is so crucial when a building project is already rolling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had trouble finding and using some of the features and adding extra pages to an existing draft- could be me though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all the changes clients can make during a build, sending a final version of a component to the client ensures that it is in fact final and provides accountability for all parties.
Great tool that's made quoting more professional and easier
What do you like best about the product?
It is very seamless to create an e proposal that looks professional and is easy to edit and share. Having templates and a content library has been very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is such a heavy platform, if your computer is not up to date it can be slow to render heavy images or proposals. It would be great if they could implement a feature that adds up totals from separate tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a quote with a proposal all in one and simplifying the closing of leads that come in. I believe it helps book more and makes it easier for the clients.
Easy to use and customize
What do you like best about the product?
My team did a competitive analysis between PandaDoc and DocuSign and decided from an engineering perspective, PandaDoc was much more customizable. We use the forms via APIs and have had a really good experience. I like the options to customize settings, defaults, branding, and notifications. Overall - super happy with it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish fields didn't have to be assigned to a role. It's probably the biggest reason we will eventually have to move away from PandaDoc because our most common forms have 2 people working on it, without strict requirements on who completes which fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect information from a variety of people in various states. We have document bundles of various templates to streamline what is normally a long, arduous, archaic documentation collection process.
Brilliant software & easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple to use. Upload your document, drag & drop fields (siganture, date, etc) and it's done.

I can't find anything bad about it. They've done a great job designing this!

Getting clients to approve documents in a timely manner and via postal options was time consuming and required chasing of clients to complete the task.

Excellent tool for many situations
What do you like best about the product?
Have loved using PandaDoc for a long time, starting as a 'free' user for the free e-signing capability (excellent), and now as a paid user

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the quote builder functionality should be included in my subscription tier; it doesn't make sense if it is at higher tier pricing or how you can add it to your proposals, but when you want to use it, you get the trigger to pay.

User-friendly and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc to be very user-friendly and intuitive to use. You can quickly and efficiently create contracts and track their stage. It's also suitable to be used by larger Sales or Customer Success teams. It makes our job very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything in particular that I dislike in PandaDoc. Sometimes could be a bit slow but nothing too much to worry about. In general, I think it is an awesome tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping us remove out the manual work required for contract management and contract administration. It helps us automate the process of drafting and sending our contract proposals and tracking their status.

What do you like best about the product?
I can conclude agreements online and abroad. You can make amendments easily, without additional meetings with the parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
When asking to sign the agreement, I don't know whether the appropriate person is signing it. In the case of company Directors, we need to have power of attorney, but with PandaDoc, I can not control who is signing the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of our clients and living abroad and instead of signing in PDF file and sending it back and forth using emails, we can sign it online. I am also notified when the agreement is signed by both parties.
