Has the features you need for robust Apple device management in the enterprise.
No waiting for smart groups to calculate for needed configurations to be applied. Items are deployed to devices as needed.

Support for new Apple management features can be a bit slow to be added at times.

Device management for students, faculty and staff. We can apply configurations tailored to specific use cases.
Very powerful tools that cover the Mac management gambit

I like that there is literally a tool available for anything you need to do to manage a Mac ecosystem.

Zero dislikes currently. My only concern is the learning curve seems to be steep.

We use jamf at our 100% apple company. We love using zero touch deployment for its ease of use. App deployments are easy, and the new UI that was announced is very exciting!

What do you like best about the product?
Configuration profile deployment and management. Allows deployment of a single app or multiple apps to several devices. Also allows single app mode or kiosk mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to remove Apple ID in Jamf for district owned devices. The process to get those devices reclaimed by the district making those locked devices available for deployment

App management and app deployment. Device inventory, and locating lost devices.

The seemelss use of managing devices. I manage over 10,000 devises in the school district I am at, and the ease of access for staff student and admins is the best thing

Nothing at all. We use it so much and have so much use out of it that we have yet to come across something that we do not like. To would love for support to respond faster if anything

They are helping us manage devices inside and outside of the buildings. Covid helped us use jamf more and move around to manage things together and getting students and staff prepared
