Jamf is the best Option to use if you have an Apple Infrastructure in your Company. Since we are working Apple Only it is a great System to manage all devices in in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Update feature for software and site management with. profile and policies for script and app as well as printer deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Enrolmebt does sometimes fail and we have to use sudo jamf remove framework and re-enroll on existing devices. there are no workflows yet. Log files are not always easy to read.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software update management and enrolment of users via cloud solutions and aad user sync.

When troubleshooting, the ability to properly categorize errors is sometimes lacking because no specific error message is displayed.

Jamf helps us manage a large fleet of iPads. Many processes can be automated, allowing the devices to be efficiently managed even with a small team.
