Good, but hard to get up and running
What do you like best about the product?
The templates that are provided are great. They provide a good place to start and insights on how the tools can be utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many tools that it's hard to know where to start/begin. There are also a TON of integrations, which can be confusing. I also don't like how we have to add seats/licenses in blocks vs per person. For instance, I only wanted to add one more seat (we had three) but I had to buy 5 and one is now being unused. We are debating on how to bring this to all of our employees (+/- 10) but don't want to pay for a full year for everyone until we know for certain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Similar to what I said earlier, it's so robust it's hard to know where to start. Then, when you do get moving and gain momentum it almost always leads us to a path to spend more money via an upgrade, plugin, app, etc.
Amazing Project Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use without having to go through much training. I also appreciate how multiple users can be in the program and editing at the same time. I use this with my entire team and it helps us to remember what tasks need to be completed, when, and who is working on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Monday.com. It is a wonderful tool that we use daily in order to keep on track of tasks and to manage our KPIs and OKRs yearly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solved the problem of work management and project collaboration organization. For the first time in this company we are able to plan out our entire year and be confident in our execution of major and minor projects.
Most efficient software platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to navigate the website! Everything makes sense and is great for big teams and smaller teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of notification I get when I don't complete my tasks! Lol

Organization is a big issue that Monday has helped our team solve!
So easy to access and navigate through helpful choices to make the work life better.

Being able to create information and use in the day-to-day work world.

Sometimes finding exactly what's works better for my organization take time.

Work Management helps with organization of our volunteers.
Great for workflow development and highly customizable
What do you like best about the product?
We like the statuses that allow for moving the task from one person's work to another's. Too often, we were losing track of the ball as it got passed back and forth. Now we're doing some things more consistently, as well as keeping stuff moving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say this is something I dislike, simply a limitation of APIs I think, but I would appreciate greatly the ability to leverage more APIs, like Zapier or similar which has more integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were losing track of the ball as it got passed back and forth, so with statuses moving tasks to people's workspace that has been great.
Monday for follow up
What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure of mandar that allows to personalize your boards and have the data and tool needed for follow up for clients, internal process and Managment, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing, I think It could be more affordable because is out of range of the services offered online app. And also we have a situation with outlook integration that hasn't been solved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up with clients on pro yeyé ta and quotations. It allows us to coordinate and distribut responsabilitys easily.
Best platform for internal organization! My team and I use it daily for our tasks and clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates provided that make projects easy to organize and keep track of! I have used a lot of CRM tools as well as daily task tools. I also love that my team can see everything they need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
While most of the templates help get the job done, I often find myself stuck when I want to create a more specific board. I know that you can create project boards from scratch however, I feel that it is not as user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps track of everything from my daily tasks to client contacts to our sales process with potential clients. We also use it for team assignments and to keep track of long term projects or task lists.
Organization Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Using Monday has been a gamechanger for my work. Being able to easily organize client work and create templates, timelines, and manage progress has made my work much easier and more productive. It's been easy to communicate with my team, as well, and assign team members to projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were less newsletters emailed to me. I can unsubscribe, but I don't want to because I think it's a good thing to stay in the loop with this app.

Being able to easily organize client work, create templates, timelines, and manage progress has made my work much easier and more productive. It's been easy to communicate with my team, as well, and assign team members to projects and tasks. It's great for our remote business.
Staying organized with Monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to stay organized, schedule follow up and review history with our accounts and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experience much in the way of downsides personally. For our team overall it's taken some time to change habits and get everyone synced on Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping me stay on top of projects and follow-ups with customers in a much more streamlined way than simply tracking emails. Additionally, I can more easily keep our team updated on various projects.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly, i cand communicate easier with my colleagues and send files via the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some automations that i can not use to their highest potential. And i'd like to learn about them without paying any consultancy
