monday.com helps me organize and visualize my tasks all in one place. It's a one-stop-shop for managing all projects and allows me to collaborate with different teams effectively

More options could be included in formulas and custom recipes for automation

monday.com helps me create dashboards to manage large amounts of data and visualize data analytics. It also makes budget tracking easier for me.

Sometimes we get scared to loose all our files, and it would be great to ctrl + z some modifications.

Your ease and organization in projects and the way you communicate and create tabs for each employee with their priority list, and the way you can select priorities pleases me a lot.

What I liked the least was the beginning; I felt confused, but over time you can understand the platform's functioning better. However, I felt a lot of difficulty at the start in understanding it.

Agility and practicality. I find the way monday organizes our daily tasks useful. I feel secure regarding the deadlines for my tasks.

There is nothing to complain about. I find it magnificent how Monday makes my day-to-day more agile and practical. Monday loads the documents quickly, practical.

Monday is really speeding up my work because it is dynamic and practical. I feel more productive during my routine. It has become my schedule.

the best thing I like about Monday would be the ease of building workflows for project management, each project can have a different workflow and building this in Monday the way I want is really great

I would like plugins related to Adobe programs, so I don't have to go to the website to update the project status, some tool where I could link the project to the file I am editing or building.

What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to use for your personal life and keeping everything in order, or for my small business. I like that it only took a few minutes to learn and I was able to get myself up and running in a few minutes, helping to progress my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a bit annoying to have to pay for individual features to be added - but I understand why they do that. The basic plan is good enough, but you must pay for the more excellent parts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's taking all my paper lists and phone notes and putting them into a synced project management setting, basically making me stay on top of my tasks and successfully complete my projects.

Data and automations. They facilitate the analytical capacity of projects and the advancement in project phases, automatically. The individual task board (dailys) is another essential tool for managers' work, allowing them to satisfactorily monitor all developed activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no disadvantages, I love using Monday in all aspects of my work. A point of improvement would be to have a page with the recently accessed pages within the platform.

With the use of Monday, we abandoned the various spreadsheets we used previously. With a platform where all projects are inserted, it is possible to have a macro view of the projects, their flows, and people. Thus, we can ensure that our delivery will be satisfactory, within the deadlines and guidelines established at the kickoff with the client.

I make a suggestion: you should improve the way automations are organized, making them easier and quicker to find. Another suggestion is the possibility to move the positions of the created view tabs with filters.

Monday is part of all our projects; through it, we can analyze the current situation of the projects, notice when we are going off track, and anticipate problems with a high probability of occurring.
