Easy and Quick
What do you like best about the product?
I can use the app wherever i am to find a candidate's phone numner or email address on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
i sometimes want to be able to search resumes or files i dump under the updates section

it got us away from our old systems. Very easy to use. Just add candidates we find to it and their contact info
Keeps me and my team organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how our team can share boards, schedules, and calendars. We can assign tasks to one another, share and store notes, and track project status. Different views make it SO EASY to stay organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little bit overwhelming because there are SO MANY options. Figuring out what exactly you want to include, and how to get it to show up in the view that you want can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is keeping our team organized! Team members can easily check the status of a project, and other team members can easily collaborate to finalize it. It helps me to keep track of various projects and make sure I am staying on schedule.
Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
With Monday.com calendars I'm able to easily manage my workload and plan weeks ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've encountered some issues where certain requests placed by project owners won't appear on my calendar.

I would like to be able to move boards to folders directly in a new workspace

Great Product, Horrible Service
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Monday.com is how customizable the product is. From scratch I'm able to build a board that caters specifically to the needs of the department I'm creating it for. The automations also make using Monday.com extremely convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
No exaggeration here when I say this, but Monday.com has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work in operations, which involves a lot efficiency and speed. These are two traits that Monday.com fails at. The company I work for pays for the highest tier package available, Enterprise. Despite being a paying customer, Monday.com doesn't seem to care. I whole-heartedly feel like they do not care about timely responses, nor do they seem to care about followups or responding to emails in general. I have tried requesting help from multiple people, and rather than answer a simple question via email, they eventually respond and tell me, "let's schedule a call for next week."...to answer one question...There is also a, "Get Help" option that is accessible from any Monday.com board. I've tried this option several times and have never received a response. If you're a company that relies heavily on customer service support, it is best to steer clear of Monday.com.

Monday.com helps house data in a singular location, while also creating efficient workflow that makes projects easy to manage. Monday has also helped my company turn some manual processes into automated processes and as a result, have freed up many work hours.
AWESOME project Management software
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Monday.com for a while now and I'm thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. The project management tools are incredibly intuitive, making it easy to organize tasks, set deadlines, and track progress. The customizable forms have been a game-changer for our team, streamlining data collection and eliminating manual processes. What's more, the CRM functionalities have allowed us to manage client interactions seamlessly, from lead tracking to nurturing relationships. Monday.com has truly transformed the way we work, enhancing collaboration and boosting productivity. I highly recommend it to any team looking for a versatile and efficient platform!

Monday's versatility and ability to easily add flexible filtering, views, and automation makes it useful for every aspect of our business

I have yet to find a feature in Monday that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a central tracking environment but also works collaboratively among other boards so teams can utilize it internally as well. Everything has become trackable and communication has improved.
Monday is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who struggles with task organization, Monday has made my life so much easier. I am constantly getting requests from multiple people and projects throughout the week and I love that I can see it all in one place to make sure it gets done. I also love the status updates and getting to mark a task as "Done." Aside from the organization aspect, one of the best things about Monday is accountability. People can be held accountable for assigned tasks attached to a deadline. If that deadline isn't met, is is visible in the project charter for follow up. I consider this to be a positive feature for myself and others who's tasks may be contingent on a colleagues deadline. Monday is a 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of are others completing tasks but forgetting to mark them off as completed. If people don't take that into consideration when asked to use a platform such as Monday, it can impact the flow of productivity for others trying to complete thir own tasks but needing the assets of someone elses tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company requires people to take on multiple roles while numerous projects are being built out simultatiously. Not only does Monday house all of the assets completed by team members, but there is a clear deadline and DRI for those tasks, allowing projets to run smoothly and efficiently.

Very useful, cool and Easy to Configure Automations is the best about monday.com.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chart views and filters can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems of keeping all your work related project management and collaboration at your fingertips. It is also motivating me to keep myself productive and efficient.
