What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a well oiled, organized machine. It enables my team to stay focused, in constant real time communication with everything from projects to budgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were something bad I could say. Nope....nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pre Monday.com was filled with multiple platform files, in multiple places, kept by multiple people. A conglomoration of a mistakes waiting to happen. Not anymore!!! Many many teammates in one area with synchronicity and efficiency on point.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to quickly add and reorganize my tasks. I can just drag and drop things where I want them.
Also the automations are really helpful to quickly organize files based on status and other factors.

The only shortcoming I have encountered is I don't think I can create 3rd tier sub items.
There might be a way, but I haven't gotten to explore all the capabilities yet so I'm not sure.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem having spending too much time creating work schedules. At the same time it also provided documentation for projects without putting in much more effort.
A powerful interface with all the information I need at a glance
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and customize to get all the relevant data and insights from our teams. Automations and integrations with third parties work great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can be a bit slow sometimes.

Organize and keep all the project task neat and tidy. Get everyone on the same page
Our best improvement in years
What do you like best about the product?
Monday was a significant improvement from our past system.
We removed 99% of the paper we used, and all the info is easy to access from anywhere.
we also were using many different apps (outlook calendar - excel - teams etc .. ) that we no longer use since everything is centralized in Monday.

automatic backup feature should be included .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i don't have to print schedules from Excel or Outlook. all the info is easy to access from anywhere.
I love how Monday makes my life easier.
What do you like best about the product?
It decreases my stress and anxiety level because it ensures that things will happen at the time they need to happen without me having to remember everything I have to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some features that would make all the difference in my life but the price to upgrade the plan is very high. In fact, the prices on Monday are the biggest problem as I would even use it in my personal life if it wasn't so expensive.

The problem that Monday solves for me is that I put a lot of working hours into operational tasks that could be performed by a machine. After I started using Monday, those hours decreased considerably.
Great Tracking System
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps me oragnized will all of the different products I have to managae and it allows me to stay on top of my team
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some glitches and seems to freeze a lot- with it being web based, if our internet goes down, we cannot access it

We have 100+ items we continously work on and have other departments handle each season, so having a place to document everything where others can access the info they need is great. The weekly status helps me track what projects are behind and they help me track my direct reports
Monday.com simplifies the management of the QMS
What do you like best about the product?
Before switching to monday.com, I was using several tools to manage the company's quality management system. With monday.com, all my data are in one place. Linking all the different types of data together (controlled documentation, CAPA, non-compliances, change controls, audits, etc) is one of the most powerful features I use in monday.com. It saves me precious time and guarantees traceability !
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like monday.com to include more advanced Excel functions so that I can analyse my numeric data more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall management of a quality system is made up of many interrelated tasks. With monday.com, I can manage my team remotely in a very efficient way: everyone knows what they have to do, within what timeframe, and communication between the members of my team is facilitated.
The efficiency and time it buys you back along with being TRANSPARENT is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customize a board based on our specific goal. (items, tasks and look) The automations make it really helpful and so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
The right to left view is hard for me, but I understand that is not the case for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency for all team members so double work or lack of communication isn't an issue. Also connectivity to other systems so lessens double work and increases productivity!
Easy to use, better than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
If you do not have a CRM engineer and are looking for a seamless, easy to onboard CRM Monday is the best choice. I've used Salesforce for 10+ years and found Monday to be a much better choice.

If you have a lot of people using Monday and are not careful about permission setting data can get messy very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our Sales funnel is essential to track progress towards company top line KPIs. With Monday is easy to track our overall funnel and report on KPIs.

Visual dashboards, easy to assign a task, can set a deadline

hard to tell, not sure. I would like to make there personal notes so nobody could see them
