What do you like best about the product?
The numerous options to follow different processes and the ease of administrating all process-related steps, status, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing particular I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com gives us the opportunity to follow numerous tasks and projects simultaneously, check deadlines and timelines easily as well as set priorities, escalate issues, if any, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customize and automate everything to fit our collective and individual needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches here and there. Sometimes files don't upload correctly, automations are sometimes slow to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed our entire office to collaborate with one another. It has given us all better project management and organization.

Monday.com is allowing our team to input dates, locations, status updates, etc. on each project which easily allows us to track how smoothly the project is running

Amazing Tool for Team Organization and Productivity!

Monday.com has been a game-changer for me and my team! I love how it helps keep everything organized and on track. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the customization options are fantastic. There are so many powerful functions available—we’ve only scratched the surface and I’m excited to learn how to use it even more effectively. Highly recommend for anyone looking to streamline their workflow and boost team collaboration!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up new boards can be a bit tricky at times, and occasional glitches do occur, but nothing we haven’t been able to work around.

What do you like best about the product?

There are some areas, forms and widgets specifically that feel a little limited when it comes to the ability to customize the way they filter, function or are presented,

Across the company Monday.com has been creating central places for information, and allowing for smoother more efficient collaboration across teams company wide.

What do you like best about the product?
What I prefer about Monday is mainly the interface as well as the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it unfortunate that the Gantt view is so limited. For project planning, it's too "simplistic," but there is already some progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main difficulty of our job is tracking the estimates and workload of business tasks. With Monday, it's perfect because it allows us to quickly check the availability of employees and also the deadlines for submitting quotes along with billing tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very useful how easily I can share all the boards with the people I work with. How all of us can see where the projects are at the moment. It's very easy to add a comment, to change the status, or arrange all the items in the order I would like them to be displayed.

It's very easy to make a new board, and apply the rules I want to use. I even use monday.com for my own tasks to remember, and check them off as I complete each.

I use it for different projects, and keeping information that's for the entire company. Monday makes it easy to reach everyone in the company wherever they are, and makes it easy for me to keep it updated. I set my email alerts from monday, and it can be very easily changed to who I wish these alerts to be sent to, for example.

I like how everything is at the one place and in a format that I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would be easier to scroll with a mouse left and right on my boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my organization to add inputs and steps in the projects we are working on from different people on the same platform, same board, and it makes it very easy to see where the project is at the moment, and what other steps we need to take, and who is the one that is responsible for those steps. Every morning my first thing is to take a look and se where things are, what needs to be done, who supposed to do what. Nice to know that all the other team members can see it the same way.

Also very easy to look at previous projects, and find information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have the ability to have at hand all the information about pending activities, the responsible parties, the criticality, and the time each activity takes. Just to mention a few points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any any problems with the platform so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to make all the work transparent for everyone. It allows us all to be aware of the necessary activities to keep going and provides the opportunity for anyone having issues with their tasks to receive input from all of us in order to move forward.

What do you like best about the product?
It's aesthetically pleasing in addition to keeping me wholly organized. The automation are a welcome tool that keeps me and my team on the same page. We track certain deal flows and several of us manage the process, and when I make a certain change, it lets them know.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Monday increase or improve the function for reports. It's not super easy to run specific reports however here are ways around it with dashboard functions and excel exports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a real estate office with in-house marketing and in-house video production, so not only do we need to track sales data as it's happening, but we also track the marketing tasks that accompany marketing a listing, branding an agent, and the brokerage. We do print production projects, video production, and agent task management that need a clear, concise, collaborative platform for us to keep everything in order.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Monday to organize my and my team's tasks, along with time tracking, it becomes very important for me to understand how my performance is and the tasks I need to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the only point that I dislike about Monday is the software and metrics management part, and this is something that my superiors also complained about.

It's very complicated to get metrics like the Burndown and Burnup graph, I needed a lot of help to be able to have these reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is solving a lot of problems I currently have, especially with activity management.
This benefits me a lot in the sense that I can have greater control over my activities and the activities of my team, and that is certainly one of the reasons I continue to use Monday.
