Effective CRM and Task Management, Needs Better Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way monday Work Management keeps our CRM database very unique and understandable, which is crucial for keeping every team member on the same page. This ensures that we all stay informed and collaborate effectively. As part of the business development team, this clarity helps us keep track, systemize our countries, and manage our lead sources efficiently, especially since we are scouting fashion brands from all over the world. This organized approach streamlines our workflow and helps maintain consistency across our global operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that 'monday Work Management' can be difficult to understand and utilize to its full potential. This is mainly due to the challenge our team faces in comprehending the solution and features entirely. Although I appreciate the availability of webinars, more guidance would be helpful. Additionally, the initial setup was slightly challenging because our team consists of remote members across Europe, leading to difficulties in systemizing everyone on the same basis even though it wasn't directly a work management issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep tasks organized and completed on time, aid in lead generation, and simplify CRM with mass emailing and database management, improving team alignment and business development efforts.

It is intuitive- it doesn't duplicate work- it makes things easier freeing up time to do more important things. It helps us really streamline our processes and is a central repository which also brings our team closer together. It is working extremely well for us.

Having to sometimes pay for apps to do certain functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is streamlining our processes and bringing our team closer together by having a central repository for all information. This is ultimately helping us prepare to scale what it is that we do.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like is that, you get forced to tuckle certain tasks within the given time farme whether you like it or not because it happens that relevant authorities in your organization will be able to see your perfomance and you wouldn't want be to be dissapointed with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the tasks given are too much and some of them seems to take long and somehow it appears as if you are lazy because everything will be there for all to see.

Easy for me to finish targets .

Gantt charts exported have the Monday.com logo. I would like my organization logo instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timely project milestones monitoring and management. The reminders ensures all upcoming tasks are handled well in time.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps our team together and lets us see which tasks are in progress, which are complete and which ones are a priorrity to begin. I love the flexibilty and adaptability it offers. We use it daily to stay on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then it seems less than intuitive how to create a new section or topic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us see at a glance which tasks we are completing and which projects we need to prioritize. I love how it keeps our team of 5 organized.

What I like about Monday.com is its ability to organise tasks professionally and systematically. The platform provides options to add estimated time for each task, enhancing our time management capabilities. Additionally, it allows us to assign multiple tasks to colleagues and facilitates seamless communication through its integrated chat features.

There's nothing much to dislike. There would be bugs at times but the monday.com fix it the soonest

Workflow and task management. The structure that monday.com has makes my work much better. It is very easy to use and I get the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has become an essential part of our company. As a fully remote company, Monday allows us to collaborate and see where projects are. The automation allows for less work to maintain the boards or to communicate to the next party involved in the process. This program allows you to get rid of hard-to-find Word docs or meeting notes since you can have it all in one spot. RIP notebooks since you will not need to have one, and you can even have all your own notes in your own workspace that is private to the rest of the team.
The other great feature is the ability to invite guests to the board. These guests do not count as seats, so for freelancers, you can have your clients see where projects are and collaborate with you.
From an HR perspective, in a world where there may be distrust of remote work, this eliminates any guessing if someone is not carrying their weight.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to think of anything feature-related. Monday is good at evolving their product and listening to feedback. The only dislike would be the bulk seat pricing. If you are at 10 seats and want to add another, you need to pay for 15. I wish there was a per/user pricing, but I still have the pricing tried for more users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping our company with our operations. It keeps every department in our company organized and can collaborate easily without needing to be face to face in an office setting.
Monday.com is my favorite from all the project management boards I have tried so far

Nothing! If there's any issue, Monday.com's support team is so reliable.

We use Monday for setting everyday tasks. Easy to change the statuses and see the progress.

Sometimes features break down, f.e. once I didnt get notification on the deadlines.
