Best work management platform for new startups!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com offers flexible implementation of tools. The navigation and accessibility are quite simple, and so is integration with other platforms. We used to put double effort into sharing and syncing data manually from one platform to another while white Monday.com enables automation in this case. Using it frequently helps us to keep our team updated with the tasks, deadlines, and data, thus, providing transparency and a user-friendly dashboard to stay connected and work on. The Support is responsive and quick while providing resolutions. This makes it easier for start-ups who want to manage their work and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not disappointed with my experience with Monday so I don't have anything to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us cut down manual workload which is automatically synced and communicated to the rest of the team making our communication and transparency efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to configure and set up workflows. It allows for seemless asynchronous engagement and collaboration across organizational units.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the integrations have additional cost associated via the Monday.com marketplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business workflow and strategic plan tracking is handled in Monday.com. It allows for all stakeholder to contribute and engage collaboratively together around our organization's work.
Practic and easy to use task manager
What do you like best about the product?
All the team can see and be aware of whats going on, also, its very easy and fast to use, wich allow us to focus on the most important thing, that is the task indeed

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of having to do tasks without seeing the whole picture. As a graphic designer, having everything right in front of my eyes, including my tasks and what i need to do, is the key to not procrastinate.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and understanding. It is very self explaning and helps us see the bigger picture and analyze datas.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the same frame sometimes we need different colums in each group but it is not possible to make this differentiation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows the hole time in which stage the project is. With that each area can program what to do and when to do it whitout the needing to notify one another.

What do you like best about the product?
I have tried a few different CRMs but have really enjoyed Monday. We have tailored it to all of our specific needs with creating boards and keeping track of orders and shipments. There are a ton of add ons that Monday offers to help make it more automated but I haven't had a chance to take a deep dive into them. I use it everyday and it definitly makes keeping track of customers a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent noticed anything that I dont like yet.

Monday has helped me keep a detailed log of all of my customer interactions.
Easy-to-Use App Saves Me So Much Time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to see our tasks and assign them, and get notified about them. The discussion section makes it great to have so much in one place.
But the app is so great for me to just pop in, write what's on my mind as a task, assign it, and move on knowing that it's being taken care of!

There is some getting used to how to add subtasks, and I wish subtasks were easier to prioritize.

Better able to see and manage tasks.
Organized and productive!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great project management platform as it boosts my productivity. The variety of templates built into the software as well as the automations in the boards helps organize the many projects and tasks I need to accomplish.
What do you dislike about the product?
As there are a lot of templates offered, it can get overwhelming choosing which board would work best for its purpose and finding the different features the board has can be difficult. I also don't like how delayed the website it can be when loading video files especially on desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves my workflow, project, and task management. In addition, it helps with project collaboration for any shared tasks I have with my team. Overall, this benefits my work productivity and organization as it increases my efficiency. I also enjoy seeing the status of shared projects and I'm able to notify my team member when the task at hand is in their court and vice versa.

Lack of coherency especially in a software development cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is organized and lets me stay in contact with my co workers so everyone can finish our tasks on time.

it updates very often so every other week, we have to explore it to know whats new.

When we work remotely everyone has their own tasks laying out so we dont have to meet everyday at every hour

What do you like best about the product?
UX: The meaning of UX is really appreciated in the application, I like all the pre-designed task organization designs that are available since it represents a saving in time when designing and establishing a work board.
Flexibility & Security: On the other hand, there is flexibility; it allows you to add members from different teams to work on the same board quickly and, above all, assign roles and permissions, which gives you a good perception of information security.
In my company the implementation was very agile and easy.
I have not had any error difficulties and customer support has been commercially very good.

lack in documentation and usability: It has many options and sometimes it is not known what each one executes, documentation material or explanatory videos on the same platform would be necessary to know the functionality of all the objects on the screen.
Personally, my use of Monday is intermediate since I also have to use Asana; I think Monday can improve in terms of integration with CRM tools other than its own to use only one platform.

Organizationally, it helps us in managing the entire portfolio of IT projects, assigning tasks, specifying budgets for each project and, above all, customizing control panels for this purpose.
