Monday helps me manage both the minute details and the large scale goals of a project.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday being customizable, shareable, and constantly up to date are its biggest assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Monday is so customizable (which is great) it does mean that there's a lot of building out of any new project or task that has to be done manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me to communicate with my team easily, and with the relevant information right there. It's also very helpful in tracking the history of the activity on any particular matter.
It's a terrific tool for collaboration and organization for our team of creatives.
What do you like best about the product?
We're a lot of type B people, but monday makes it easier for us to stay organized. It's easy to use and very versatile-- we can have different times of boads, lists and tasks depending on the project. We use it all day everyday and it makes our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I personally could set up things a little differently without it affecting my whole team's monday experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and organization! Everything is in ONE place and we all have access to it no matter where we are or what we are working on. It's centralized for the whole team.

Nothing really because it has plenty of tutorial videos on YouTube so it's pretty good to learn

That it has helped our team transform the way we streamline tasks while having multiple individuals work on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now the only thing I dislike is that when I'm sending a mass email from a group I created I can't add additional emails (people) to that group. I would have to go through the contacts list and in our case it makes the process more lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped the team communicate more effectively. Also, it has allowed us to find all the information we need in one same place.

I like the ability that a user has to automate processes.

It's frustrating to use on mobile sometimes because the layout is misleading

monday.com is the most complete work management service we used.
We've been using it for about 2 years now, and since we work with more than 1 client and each client uses at least 3 boards for separating the workflow by sectors, using the automations and not having to move the pulses manually helps a lot with optimizing our time.

What do you dislike about the product?
To this day, we had no big problems using monday.com, but funny enough, the best feature for me, which is the automations, is also the most likely to stop working out of the blue and sometimes we need to redo them, but most of the times they just start working again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is helping us organize the tasks our clients sends us in a lots of ways, with the tagging system, boards, automations etc.
Also improving the communication with them since it's easy to comment what needs to be changed, giving feedback and everything else.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the automation features and AI integration! Monday.com helps me stay organized and ensures that I keep up with all my business projects, while also keeping my team updated thanks to these tools. We use it for our annual calendar to unite all the events and activities in detail from event management, marketing campaigns and graphic requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are unable to create subitems that differ between groups, which is something I wish were possible.

It has help reduced meetings, increased effectiveness in our workflows within interdepartmental teams from facilities, security, events and media teams.

Sometimes the notifications don't arrive and this delays them a little

What do you like best about the product?
We looked for a long while to find a CRM that would work well for our tenant rep business. This platform is the most user friendly one we found that was easily modifiable for all levels of technology. We were able to get the team up and running. I love the features that allow for follow up dates and reach outs. Customer Support has been great and easy to get a hold of. We utilize this frequently in our business to keep us on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that we've utilized this program, we have not found anything that didn't work for us. We use another program to track our listings which seems to work better for us but we just haven't needed to try to use it here. It seems like it could work for tha too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, easy to use and share with others. We've recently used the guest access. Very simple to use.

I love how my team can truly collaborate online using Monday.com's real-time environment. It is easy to use and quick to learn. It allows us to easily share files and updates while tracking project details and deliverables. I am able to plan out my work load so I can use my time most effectively. I use it for tracking all my work projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I particularly dislike about it. I wish everyone would use it to its full potential!

Quantifying the workload of projects. Tracking our present work helps us plan more effectively for future projects.
