What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. There is a mobile app so you can always update your tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cannot automate the subitems. If I want to log a task on another board it will log to all the boards of all owners of the specific item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The back and forth of emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use, visually pleasing, and increases productivty and workflow. It is the best project management software I have used (I prefer Monday.com over Slack and Redbooth) I started with my company a year and a half ago and the transition to Monday.com was seamless and we have only been able to improve our uses with the expansive array of options and functionalities offered by Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards can be difficult to find and lay out for new invited users - this is likely an internal use issue, not a Monday.com issue.

Monday is a one stop shop for business management from project worflow to event management. Monday.com allows our growing creative agency to manage data, projects, events, and clients with ease.

Solid option for management of tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation feature. It allows you to stay on top of tasks you would otherwise have forgotten. Collaboration with others is also an underrated resource.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't take the time to learn about all that Monday.com has to offer, you won't be able to utilize the service well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central issue that Monday.com is solving for me is my work with my colleagues. I use my colleagues to help with certain people in my portfolio management, and working together with them on a single board is priceless. It saves us time and clearly defines who is assigned to the next step.

I like that everythingn can be colorcoded and that monday allows for easy callaboration

I get overwhelmed by alllll the options for cutomsization. I wish there were more pre-made templates

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is updated frequently. We can allocate work and organize well because it's simple to designate people and build custom columns. It enables us to monitor KPIs in order to assess performance and establish precise goals for our initiatives. Setting up alerts to remind my team and me of deadlines is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex automations and unique workflows might be difficult to build up from scratch, but templates can help by offering a reliable starting point and reducing setup time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always have the staff we need for our activities and events because to Monday.com's assistance with volunteer assignment, scheduling, and their activity tracking. Not to mention the personalized columns that have made it simple to keep track of each volunteer's training completion and hours worked.

What do you like best about the product?
Our marketing team uses Monday to manage daily projects and tasks. We work in sprints, and the different boards and groups on Monday make it easy to stay organized between our current and backlog work. Monday includes tons of capabilities and features that have helped us increase efficiency. From automations to connected boards to advanced filters and views, we're able to look at projects and tasks and their progress in a variety of ways. Additionally, we've been able to set up dashboards and reports, allowing us to quantify unplanned projects and where time is being spent. Monday makes it easy to connect and collaborate while cutting back on email communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, it was a little overwhelming and challenging to learn and implement all the capabilities and features in a way that worked best for us. With the help of a consultant we were able to accelerate to our desired business result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us stay organized and track all the different types of projects and tasks we work on so we can understand where time is being spent and improvements can be made. It's helped us streamline processes and collaboration across different departments of the team and automated a lot of work we were originally doing manually.
Just Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations and automations just keep growing! There are endless amount of possibilities with Monday.com. You can literally map out what you want done and chances are, you'll find a way to get it done. There are so many resources available to help and support is responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that Monday.com does not have a way to add sub-items to a sub-item is killing me! It definitely not a deal breaker as are using work arounds, but I am keeping up with the Monday Community for updates on this.
I also don't love that a lot of the cool and useful apps are being offered by third party developers for a fee.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found Monday.com about 6 years ago when my boss asked me to look for a project management solution for one of his six companies. When we first started with Monday.com, we were keeping track of all of our jobs on an Excel spreadsheet and we needed something to better manage our process and easily follow the progress from purchase to installation and follow up. Monday.com seemed like a good solution at first. Little did I know it wasn't just a good solution, it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. We have since grown from a small spreadsheet of jobs to full boards (plural) with hundreds of jobs on every board! Monday.com has such a broad selection of automations and integrations that we can literally connect every aspect of our business and run it through Monday.com.
Since joining Monday.com, I decided to utilize it to help me with another one of his companies that I now manage solely on the platform. Being the Executive Assistant to a boss who owns six companies can get overwhelming, so I also use it to help me stay organized with my tasks and projects and other people's projects/tasks that I am overseeing. Trying to stay organized before Monday.com was a job in itself so Monday.com is my solution to EVERYTHING! Somehow, some way, Monday.com is involved in all my work.
It's worked so well for us, we are in the process of leaving our CRM and moving over to Monday.com's CRM, which will just elevate our sales process even further. Also, I am currently mapping out, researching, and testing how bring 3 more of my boss's companies over to "The Light". If it all works out the way I need it to, this will be a HUGE transition with new accounts that will incorporate all of Monday.com's products and MULTIPLE integrations. I can't wait!
