Keeps the team organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how easy Monday was to use to keep our team organized day to day. I love how dynamic the boards are and that you can easily create new ones with ready to use templates!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team had a ton of boards so sometimes it could be hard to find one if you forgot the name, but for the most part we kept it pretty organized!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday was our go to for everything. I was easily able to log my hours, keep statuses updated for different projects, track outreach and research and much, much more! Our entire team was able to track progress and stay in the loop on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Upon entering the website it's quite impressive how quickly we can navigate to our dashboards. We have the ability to divide objectives into measurable sub goals for a clear view of our progress. The dashboard link column is particularly beneficial as it enables status updates to be shared across dashboards unifying communication. This function also facilitates the creation and organization of meeting agendas streamlining coordination efforts, with local and foreign teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have a view of Monday.com as each aspect appears to have been crafted with a grasp of user’s requirements offering an easy to use and frictionless experience. It is well suited for handling projects and tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has significantly enhanced how we handle our workload leading to an efficient transformation. Our inventory management has seen improvements allowing us to monitor stock levels in time and collaborate more efficiently with our logistics teams. It's clear that the platform aligns perfectly with our industry requirements.

Actually nothing. System always runs perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Monday.cvom solves for us is the coordination of project-specific tasks and tickets within our virtual team, which is based in different locations. In addition, it offers the targeted integration of our clients in the implementation process

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, flexible in being able to create my boards how I like to view them. It is easy to share with my clients and keep on top of shared work. I use it almost daily and it keeps me in check on what my to do list will be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think that I dislike. It is very easy to implement and if I ever get stuck the customer support is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying where there maybe a hold up in the project and who is accountable for it so that we can unblock the delay. It also reminds me of what there is to do and what date it needs to be done by.

Using Monday.com, we can easily manage many deliverables by creating custom-tailored dashboards that help us keep precise records of every project and its specifics. The quick creation of to-do lists helps us break down large projects into manageable chunks to keep track of progress and what's pending. Additionally, the capability to replicate projects or whole boards helps us save time during the setup enabling us to kickstart projects promptly with a known and tested framework.

There were times when attempting to update entries Monday.com would occasionally generate items instead of modifying the current ones leading to misunderstandings and avoidable duplication.

It has been beneficial, for us in enhancing the way we manage and prioritize feature requests. When working on a feature, for our platform Monday.com has made it easier to gather and categorize suggestions arranging them based on importance and assigning tasks to the right developers. This has streamlined our sprint planning process leading to a development cycle that centers around actual business needs.

Status' and assigning people to a task- easy way to show which step is being worked on and who is working on it

Sometimes a task may get "stuck in a step" meaning that there is no active step but no know has been notified about this, just ends up wasting some time.

Monday.com allows multiple people to work on one project without confusion. It allows our company to keep organized on project that are multiple steps, streamline processes, keep a tight timeline, and save time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is ready to use, it is a totally intuitive management tool and ready to start setting up my projects, organizing them and monitoring them. I only had to configure my projects and I didn't have to do anything extra. It does what it promises, it is a ready-to-use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have little to complain about, it is a very reliable tool and is always available. The only thing that would appreciate an expansion to its catalog of integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing calendars is especially useful for me in social media campaigns. Remember important events in advance. When managing several projects, it becomes essential to have a tool like Monday Work Management Marketing because it allows you to stay on top of your projects and also organize the resources of your different marketing campaigns.
