What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are so many options to organize your folders and the ability to hold lots of storage for a good pricing

Could probably preview files better/faster

Being able to collaborate and sharing easily with others

I like that i can storage files to easy upload.The app is easy to use. I have to to easily find customer service.

I would love if it have sync from my phone files but everything i have a new files i have to upload it again.

I love the ease of syncing my files to one destination. It makes working with large documents convenient and the security of the data is assured.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't dislike anything about Dropbox. It meets my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me sync files between devices. It makes it easier to share files with a team without involving constant data download/transfer. Having all my work files in one place reduces the chance of displacing anything. It has ample storage and I don't need any other cloud service. It makes it easy to link with other programs like Canva

Dropbox is available on every device so all my data is available everywhere, at all times. It's also one of the most affordable and most secure of the cloud storage systems.

Sharing of documents is so simple, and I have no worries about security.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Dropbox is it's simplicity — it's no more difficult than saving a file to any other folder.

That it pesters me about upgrading even when I have multiple GB remaining free.

Sharing files with remote colleagues and family. Collaborative work with a team in planning Bible studies.

Striking a balance between feature richness and simplicity could broaden Dropbox’s appeal, making it more accessible to a wider user base.

It solved file sharing and remote collaboration. This helps me to work on the go and also get and/or provide support, inputs, contributions to any file wherever it is.
