Dropbox has been an extremely useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can organize my files in a safe secure way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a face lift to be a little easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to safely and securely save and share files and photos
Seamless Integration Reliable Syncing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox enables me to backup my critical files and makes them available from multiple devices. This is especially helpful when switching between work locations. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Desktop setup to a non-default location can be a little confusing, but once it's complete, Dropbox has worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to pick up where I left of when working from home or from the office. Dropbox also provides the security of knowing that my important files are available on the fly and backed up in case of local system failure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and reliable services Dropbox has to offer. Their pricing is wonderful and reasonable. The ease of use, implementation and integration is wonderful across all platforms. I have never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly. I use Dropbox daily for both my photography and personal uploads.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything about Dropbox to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is not only helping my solve storage space capacity but search features as well are splendid.
Seamless between devices
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Dropbox as my cloud for over a decade now. I switch between device apps and browsers. I love having quick and easy access anywhere I go. It's easy to search and sort. I share photo albums for my friends constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't utilized phone or device back up syncing much although I know it does it. I don't love how un-sorted back ups are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have an easy-to-use on all devices or platforms and affordable cloud has been the best. We segue between PC or Mac. The app on devices or computers works better than all clouds I've tried: Box, Google Drive, icloud, etc.

Data usage, space and collecting files/documents in a secure space.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and can integrate with a number of other sites. I use it everyday for file transfers, without the limits of other transfer sites.
The file manager means it's basically an easy-to-implement file sharing site.
Customer support is decent, thankfully I haven't needed it much.

What do you dislike about the product?
As always, we wish prices would be lower, but it's very affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It quickly allows me to share files, and get feedback. I can also replace the files at the same link for easy revisions. Particularly image and multimedia sharing, a client can download ONLY what they need, rather than an entire folder.
Awesome way to share and store documents
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access from any where or device. Secure. Able to choose what others have access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to change file names - can't change a file name and have it be changed for others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Way to share large folders/files with clients, without attaching to an email. Allows employees to add/delete files within folders in real time and have visible to all given permission. Storage for large files without taking up space on local system
Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Dropbox allows me to transfer files and pdfs from my phone to my computer and vice versa. I'm a college student and own a small buisness, so it's really convenient when I need to send something over like a document or study material on my phone over to my computer. Dropbox has definitely improved my academic and buisness experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox tends to crash sometimes and won't upload anything.

I own a small buisness and Dropbox helps me have access to orders and receipts on both my phone and computer
