What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Dropbox is its pricing. As storage needs grow, plans can become expensive compared to some other cloud storage options. For individual users or small teams, this can feel a bit restrictive.
Another area is storage space on lower-tier plans, which fills up quickly. If you regularly share large files, space management can be a bit challenging.
Occasionally, sync issues can occur, especially when working with very large folders or unstable internet connections. While it doesn’t happen often, when it does, troubleshooting can take some time.
That said, these are relatively minor drawbacks, and overall Dropbox still provides a very reliable and user-friendly experience.

Overall, Dropbox is a strong and dependable solution for me, especially when it comes to ease of use and secure file sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited free storage. The free plan only gives around 2GB, which fills up very quickly, especially if you store photos/videos. Expensive pricing. Compared to competitors, Dropbox can feel costly, especially when you need more storage. No flexible plans. There’s often a big jump from free to paid, with no mid-range option. Sync issues (sometimes). While generally reliable, users report sync errors or slow performance, especially with large files or folders. Interface can feel cluttered. The web version can feel a bit confusing or overloaded with features for some users. Collaboration tools not the best. Compared to tools like Google Drive, its built-in editing/collaboration features are less advanced. Security limitations (for advanced users). It doesn’t offer zero-knowledge encryption by default, which matters for privacy-focused users.
