Easy use for sharing personal and business files/photos

Easy to set up folders to provide access to business and personal contacts

I like that my files are synced across several devices and that it's very intuitive to use.

The cost, and the free storage is so small. We need subscriptions for everything these days so monthly overall life can get very expensive which isn't great.

I have an online storage solution for both personal and professional reasons.

Dropbox is very easy to use. We use it everyday in our office.
What do you like best about the product?
Drop box is very easy to use for us in our office, as well as for our clients. We impement folders easily every day for our clients to use and upload files. Customer support is easy to access through the internet. A number of features are avaiable to us each day. We integrate the file folders into our own by uploading our clients folders by dragging and dropping them into our files. We receive notice of files that have been uploades immediately after being loaded to the folders by our clients. We have used drop box every day in our office for years, without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't have any complaints about dropbox.

They have added options for larger file upload.

I use Dropbox for storing my documents as I have access to them from wherever I need them. I also have many shared folders with coworkers which allows us to collaborate.

Can't have multiple people working in the same file at a time

Efficiency in getting work done and eliminating some uses of email

I like that all my information is backed up away from my computer. I like that I can access it from my phone. Also, I like how easy it is to share a folder with a client or employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to share a document with another person, from my phone. It wants to share a link to the document instead of the actual document. I have to download it to my phone first, then I can share it.

Ease of sharing documents with my clients and employees
I can scan all my reciepts with my phone and store in the Dropbox, eliminating the need to keep paper receipts.

What do you like best about the product?
My personal favorite use for Dropbox is how I can use it to share files and collaborate easily with international colleagues. I can save PDFs of the internet to my Dropbox from my phone -- super convenient for sharing research papers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've lost progress/past versions of a word doc once when the computer it was on was shut down unexpectedly... that rather surprised me -- I thought autosave and Dropbox versioning would've saved me.
