Collaboration from anywhere!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a consultant and I use Dropbox to manage documentation on multipule projects with the people I work with. I have large docuement creation and I works great for saving history as well as hold the content for all the people that need to see it. Starting out using Dropbox was somewhat intuitive. I am sure there is more I can manage with it. I utilize just about every day with my work projects. I feel comfortable that the documents are always available so I don't have to keep a duplicate on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if there was a Dropbox 101 class. Maybe a video of the basics as well as advanced usable of this product. I dont have time to research how to best manage Dropbox and what other great cababilities is may have for me. I guess I need to invest a little more time learning about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ease of collaboration on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to worry about losing important documents that are saved on my laptop harddrive.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a Dropbox issue, but I can't figure out how to save documents directly to Dropbox without saving to my laptop first.

We use dropbox to keep all of our files in one place, easy to colab with other.

Dropbox is very easy to use in different environtment:
- home: save digital receipt , household items that need to be digital saved
- community: share and save documetbns for meetings
- work: download pictures from phien to be updaed to local server

it not always sincs autmatcally whle movng from mobile app to desktop version

Convenient storage service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Dropbox can be sync among my device like mobile phone, tablet and laptop. This feature help me to transfer my file from my phone to my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The down side of Dropbox is it only provide 2.25GB free storage and have to pay if need to use more storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helped me to recover my lost file that is important to me.
Dropbox is such an easy platform to use!

I sometimes have trouble getting a link to share quickly.

Dropbox has definitley helped with sending larger files that you can't attach in an email.
Excellent file storage solution for church/small business
What do you like best about the product?
We use dropbox as a secure & convenient file storage solution. Dropbox allows us to safely and securely store data. Additionally, we are able to share files in real time and seamlessly access our documents across multiple locations, devices, and campuses. The integration is easy and fast. Our access to dropbox is much more convenient than a traditional server set up, and we use it constantly for all facets of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside we experience is the inconvenience of being unable to easily upload large video files, both due to storage constraints and the time to upload those files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows us to acess files across multiple devices and locations, in addition to offering instant access between all teams.
Easy and Convenient to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Dropbox is easy to use and convenient. I can share all my business reports with colleagues with a few clicks of the mouse. I'm not an expert user, more of a novice, however; I need more time to learn about more of the capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not an expert user but I noticed I have screen prints saved that must automatically save. I'd like it to NOT do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to share my files with my accountant and colleagues easily via email.
Dropbox for Paralegal
What do you like best about the product?
Sending documents to colleagues. We cannot email large documents. When I have to send a file, using dropbox is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downloading documents. The files that are sent through Dropbox are large files. It takes sometime to download the documents. Also, when downloading multiple files as a zip file, I cannot move the zip file to our case management software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not experience any problems with Dropbox.
