Great for Organization!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to organize my photos/videos! Makes my life more simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little on the expensive side but it is worth the cost in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me organize photos from my photoshoots so I can easily send clients their images and they can easily access them with no extra hassle!

Very easy to collaborate, share and update files without unnecessary complications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sharing files to users without Dropbox causes confusion of theyre not familiar with the platform.

Easily share thousands of files real time.

What do you like best about the product?
It always works. It's easy to send file and directories.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey. There are many new cloud storage providers that are much cheaper. I stay because the App and Windows platforms to access my files are so much better than the others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing directories for collaboration is so much faster than remote access.
Convenient and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share documents and other resources with collaborators in many locations, some of whom I've never met face to face. Dropbox allows us to work successfully on shared projects

Concerns about security and proprietary interests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox for a couple of thing. First, I use it for a large construction project that has collaborators in multiple agencies in different locations. A shared server would not help in this situation because we work for different entities. Without Dropbox, there would be endless emails with huge attachments.
Second, I use it for the board of a non-profit. We save shared materials, reports, minutes, agendas, etc in Dropbox so all committee members can access them. New members can be given access to historical materials. The ease of use makes Dropbox accessible for people with limited comfort with technology which describes many members of the board.

Safe way to save and share documents.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a secure way to share and save documents among team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because I'm focused on doing my work well and efficiently, I don't appreciate marketing emails interrupting my thought process. Fortunately, Dropbox lets me opt out!

Sharing documents securely and efficiently. Saving my work so it is easily accessible.

Sometimes it is not clear whether my info has been saved and it can be difficult to share files.

Dropbox to the Rescue!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is amazing for simply the amount of times it has saved from lost files. Business or personal it has been there for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost and maybe it is me but I would like a product that would help me keep files between places synced so I know my things are securely backed up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me easily get files from one.person to another safely and securely regardless of location.

The possibility to turn off sharing to local disk or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is difficult to share Dropbox link with customers. They find it difficult to watch shared files.

It is a place to store our content, but I only use it for personal use, since it is difficult to share with others.

It is easy to upload documents to Dropbox and share with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The folder structure could be updated and more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to have thousands of files backed up and easily accessed as a photographer. If I need to share files that are too large to email, it is easy to upload and share a link for them to download.
Dropbox makes my work easier
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox never fails. It just works exactly the way I expect it to. It makes it easy to sahre files and collaborate. Sharing a working folder with my students is easy
What do you dislike about the product?
The limits on desktop installations are difficult as I move frequently between multiple terminals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to other cloud storage and sharing apps I never have problems with Dropbox. It makes it easy to share folders and files.
