Been a Dropbox user for at least 15 years
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us to maintain easy access to files, documents and resources throughout the company and is always improving
It is easy to set up and works well with Mac, iPhone, iPad and integrates well with MS office.
We havent needed customer support, but would imagine it works well

What do you like best about the product?
As a longtime user of Dropbox since its early days, I've witnessed its evolution into a robust file storage and sharing system. I appreciate its seamless file syncing across multiple devices, making it incredibly convenient to access my documents, photos, and videos wherever I go. Indeed, this cross-platform compatibility ensures that I can work efficiently regardless of the device or operating system I'm using. Dropbox integrates well with many third party apps, and sharing files with friends and colleagues is extremely easy.
I find the user-interface to be user-friendly, too, which makes navigating through files and folders a breeze. I am also convinced of the security features implemented by Dropbox and trust my data to be secure.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, one drawback that stands out is its pricing compared to competitors. While I've found Dropbox to be worth the investment for its reliability and features, I recognize that it may seem expensive for new users comparing it to other possibilities, especially for simple storage solutions.

Dropbox's ability to address the challenges of file management, collaboration, cross-platform accessibility, data security, and data backup enhances my workflow, productivity, and peace of mind, making it an indispensable tool in both my personal and professional life.

Ease of use, powerfull syncing and good user interface.

File history could be more simple to use.

Dropbox sync our files in order to have a backup on the cloud. We can access them cross computers, phones and tablets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access my notes easily from my phone or laptop and I can continue to access them if I'm traveling. You just sign it on any device.

You quickly run out of space and need to find way to increase your space limit. The membership plans are expensive.

I don't have to keep notes by hand.

Seamless tool for sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and intuitive. I have been surprised since I started to use it how well it works both on my phone and my computer.

So far there's no real downside, I haven't yet come across anything that really bothers me.

I use it for sharing videos and programming with my I online coach.

The restore option is not so clear to use.

The option to work from few computers on the same files.

Using dropbox is way easier than other drives. Also the app is so smooth.

Two persons in the same cloud can't edit the same file at the same time.

I use Dropbox to easily transfer files between me, my dad, and my nephew.
