Powerful Tools and Great Insights. Sometimes, usability and Technical Issues Need Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The data it offers, along with the insights you can obtain, are both quick and adaptable to nearly any scenario you might need. I appreciate how easily the information can be tailored to fit a wide range of situations. The customer service and support teams are great, they are very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find the modules to be less than user-friendly, and I frequently encounter technical issues, especially as AI becomes more integrated into the tools. I often have to log in repeatedly just to get the platform functioning properly. Additionally, obtaining the information we need for tracking and KPIs can be challenging, particularly when our pages are set up in complex ways. The recommendations provided are often too technical and require a lot of manual effort to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool provides us with data that we can't find anywhere else. It allows us to dive deep into our analysis and uncover many areas for improvement, as well as issues on our site that we weren't even aware of.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way this tool allows you to mix quantitative and qualitative data in order to achieve a complete analysis for your business, because if you know how data analysis works, you know that everything isn't numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find difficult learning to get the maximum from some modules like the journey analysis or the error analysis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When an error is happening in the website, I can see live how the user beahaves and I am able to find the cause of other problems related

Swiss knife in your pocket

What do you like best about the product?
I consider Contensquare as a Swiss knife to better understand the customer behaviors and identified the improvements that we need to apply to improve the experience.
In addition, the session reply help us to find the answers coming from the analytical team and be able to support the single customer, especially after receiving a feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup and the mapping might require some re-work on the application to be able to use all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarify the customer behavior and understand what is actually not working

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is highly user-friendly and straightforward to implement. It simplifies daily tasks, as the journey analysis and session replays effectively facilitate the conclusion of user journey insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all of it.It helps me communicate the findings in a non-technical manner, ensuring that everyone on the team can easily understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Connect is my primary area of enthusiasm. Access to historical data will significantly enhance my ability to utilize Contentsquare as my main analytical tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Session replays are a goldmine. Not only for observing user behaviour but also to identify frustrating bugs in production.

Journey analysis and zoning is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit clunky and slow. Integration setup and defining mappings can be a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics with session replays allow us to better match quantitative data with qualitative.

What do you like best about the product?
ContentSquare provides a unique way of visualising user behavior that makes identifying customer pain points during their journey much easier.
Installing the tracking is simple and their customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the export options can be a bit clunky, and tools that you'd think would be included given the price of the licence are typically paid for extras.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare is helping us to analyse and improve the user journey through our application funnel.

User Friendly tool for payment related projects

What do you like best about the product?
Its very to use for application transaction recordings and playback for validations.
Good to use for large applications flows and easily usesable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some recordings takes time for playback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Insurance project we use it for payment transacation flows and its very useful for recording and play back for indusval and entire day transactions.
