What do you like best about the product?
In a single tool, you can analyze your website and your app from different perspectives, which helps teams with different objectives understand each other better.
What do you dislike about the product?
For apps, it's still green, it needs to be polished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows tracking of real users and applying improvements based on their actual navigation.

Clear, End-to-End View of the User Journey

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare gives a clear view on User Journey, not just KPI at a certain time but the full journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
CS provides quantitative data, i do not use the integration with surveys in my company and therefore i cannot use CS to get qualitative feedback on top of Quantitative data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the journey from landing till conversion and identify the frictions to amend the UX

Comprehensive Tool with Intuitive Dashboards, Room for AI Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I love the benchmark feature in Contentsquare, as it lets me see how well I'm doing against my peers. Dashboards have become really easy to set up and share with colleagues, which is super handy. The impact quantification is amazing, especially with the right integration for personalizations and A/B tests. The text seen segmentation has been super useful for quick checks this year, even when tagging isn't fully implemented. Plus, everything is generally easy to use, comparing different periods is simple, and creating segments is very intuitive. Once you understand how a module works, it's pretty straightforward to dive deeper into any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the benchmarking feature on all my properties. I would love if we could do multiple comparisons in a dashboard (e.g., look at different time frames and different segments). At the moment, I'm not finding the AI very helpful (but I really love the session replay recaps, these are a real time saver). I'm not a fan of the zoning module now that it's gone through a lot of changes. The auto-creation of screenshots is creating more screenshots than I need and the zoning panel on the right doesn't really add much (for me at least). It was so long ago, I'm not sure I remember everything. I do remember the learning curve was a bit steep at the beginning, but once you got a hang of it, it got easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Contentsquare easier to use than GA4 for analyzing user journeys and identifying pain points. It provides fast impact quantification for A/B tests. The benchmarking, dashboards, and intuitive segmentation enhance performance insights and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare is a great tool for solving my zoning analysis, journey analysis, clickrates, and session replays needs. Data insights at the page and journey level are excellent, and it's perfect for quantifying qualitative insights. I find it easy to use, and the ability to utilize it directly on a page using the browser extension is fantastic. It's quick and saves me from needing to visit the CS website directly. The courses provided do a great job at educating me on how to use the tool effectively. The initial setup was pretty simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a bit of a steep learning curve for newbies but it's powerful once you can use it

Contentsquare provides great data insights at page and journey levels, which is perfect for quantifying qualitative insights.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and UX are both very straightforward and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are ongoing challenges with mapping and tagging, particularly when the team lacks the resources to continuously monitor and audit these processes. This makes it difficult to ensure that tagging and mapping remain accurate and up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool simplifies the process of analyzing consumer journeys and behaviors, allowing us to make informed changes and keep optimizing our content and pages based on the data we gather.

ContentSquare Empowers Fast Insights and Easy Analysis

What do you like best about the product?
ContentSquare helps us quickly discover pain points and better understanding the customer flows on the website, while also providing recommendations and opportunities for improvements. I especially enjoy using the AI Sense feature and the CS live web browser extension that facilitates running analyses for users who aren't tool experts or data analysts by profession.

It is also easy to connect to other tech providers such as issue reporting-, internal communications- and A/B-testing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires quite an extensive implementation if you want to track additional data. We also discovered that URLs are treated differently from our other web analytics tool which made data validation and page mappings a bit of a challenge.

Mappings are useful but needs well structured page naming/URLs as the foundation, the tools for maintaining updated mappings are limited if the URLs are complex. In addition, sometimes we lack the ability to use User journeys on individual URLs.

Understanding zonings and the history of a page can be difficult there are a lot of updates during the analysis period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ContentSquare helps us validate website releases, discover potential issues and threats what could impact website conversion. The use of AI speeds up the process of discovery work and frees up valuable man hours to focus on crucial business tasks rather than endlessly watching screen recordings.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Contentsquare is to use. The platform's intuitive nature makes it simple to navigate, which enhances user experience significantly. I particularly enjoy the auto-capture feature, a part of Heap that Contentsquare acquired. This feature is incredibly useful as it allows us to define custom events without developer intervention, saving us a lot of time and streamlining our processes. Additionally, Contentsquare helps us comprehend the behavior and experiences of users on our websites and mobile applications, offering valuable insights that improve our digital strategies. Everything about Contentsquare, including the support, has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features, which can make it overwhelming, but also a very powerful tool.

I use Contentsquare to understand user experiences and behaviors on digital platforms. Its intuitive interface and auto-capture feature eliminate developer dependency, saving us time.

Valuable Insights, But Limited Traffic Analysis

What do you like best about the product?
Love the tools to analyze site content and hone down on user sessions for real time site usability and identifying bugs. I also love the amount of webinars and trainings that Contentsquare offers on a regular basis. The support that these provide is so valuable and opens my mind to new ways to analyze data from my sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amount of traffic being analyzed. I wish I could see more traffic analyzed or at the least have disclaimers throughout the platform for the amount of traffic that is being analyzed. Data is still relevant with less traffic, but it's good to keep it in check.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate Contentsquare's attention to detail and constant effort for improvement. I'm always hearing a new update has rolled out and any time I have opened an issue ticket, I hear back within the same day. Focus on AI improvements is exciting to see and finding new support for analyses is great!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Contentsquare for its ability to provide in-depth on-site analysis specifically for eCommerce websites. The setup and onboarding process was seamless, thanks to a knowledgeable Customer Success Manager who ensured everything was implemented correctly without any challenges. I really value how Contentsquare allows me to clearly understand customer behavior on our site, showing what they do and how they do it. This insight enabled us to identify and address a high bounce rate from Google Shopping users by running an A/B test on a new feature, which we verified through Contentsquare to have a positive impact. The features such as zoning, page comparator, impact analysis, and journey analysis are particularly valuable as they help in assessing customer behavior and understanding the impact of changes on performance. Contentsquare's analytical insights have been beneficial in informing decisions that enhance our eCommerce performance.
