I like how easy Contentsquare is to use. It is clear and informative, and I appreciate that it is constantly evolving. The initial setup was very easy, which I found impressive.

I like the visualization tools in Contentsquare, as they are user-friendly and offer in-depth insights. It's easy to understand the data, which helps in showing it to stakeholders and enables fast analysis. The onboarding team is great, making the initial setup very easy.

Too many mappings, needs to be better managed

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using AI Sense to see what answers it can come up with to help our own analysis. It's valuable as it can analyze lots of session replays and come back with key points, saving us a lot of time. Contentsquare helps us find what customers are engaging with and see what areas of the site aren’t working well. I often use zoning analysis and replay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes run into bugs but these are usually quickly resolved. I would like the option to create lists of favorite products within the merchandising section.
