What do you like best about the product?
I use Contentsquare for content queries and insight, and I appreciate how the tool itself works. I particularly value the experimentation feature and its use cases. The initial setup of Contentsquare was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Contentsquare needs to provide clearer insight for analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps with analyzing content performance, identifying underperforming content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use Contentsquare and how the insights can give real impact with revenue. I use these insights to ensure stakeholders are aware of the impact of the proposed or tested changes. The setup was easy for us, even though we set it up back in 2018/19 when it was a very different product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm on a cheaper package currently, which means I don't have access to acquisition or error signals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare for AB test comparison, frustration signals, and impact quantification. It's easy to use and provides insights with real impact on revenue, which helps ensure stakeholders are aware of the impact of proposed or tested changes.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Contentsquare for analyzing funnel and journey data on a telco/subscription website. I find it provides an extra layer beyond Adobe Analytics quantification. It offers an indication of the why behind the what and can show insights I wouldn't have thought to look for in quantitative data. I particularly like the segmentation, side-by-side comparison, and zoning features.

Contentsquare provides an extra layer beyond Adobe Analytics, offering insights into why things happen, not just what happens, revealing insights I wouldn't have thought to look for in quantitative data.

I like how easy and accessible Contentsquare is. The insights are invaluable, really providing me with a deeper understanding and context beyond just raw data.

AI doesn’t take your business/site context into account when highlighting things.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard and the segmentation features in Contentsquare because they help to specialize and specify certain types of customers, which allows us to assist them effectively. The initial setup was very easy.

I think they all work well, sometimes the session replays can be glitchy.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Contentsquare's suite of features, especially the sense analyst, which is particularly helpful in allowing me to hone in on the data and analysis I want by directly asking for it. It's great for analyzing customer behavior and comparing different locales to drive product decisions. It also helps in processing vast amounts of data. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate my likelihood to recommend Contentsquare as a 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's takes me out of my work stream. Meeting me where I'm at. Also, the time to learn the tool.

All the cool features I don’t have access to.
