We use it to identify potential problems coming from our page templates and we managed to improve the overall website navigation and increase the number of leads received

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see how many people clicked through a particular experience
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little tough to understand the set up of zoning. One of the challenges is that our company has a lot of users. So a lot of existing zones already set up. Would be nice to be able to organize all the existing definitions easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a page, what things are people clicking on or NOT. How far are they going down the page.
For example, we have a link to compare plans and wanted to know "how many people click on that?" How many click on something from Desktop or Mobile.
How many people are coming through a page on desktop vs. mobile.

Easy to use and the ability to get immediate and real-time results.

I'm in the learning phase, and there is nothing I currently dislike.

Content and promo change impacts. The benefit is the ability to understand quickly what changes are working and which ones aren't.

Interesting tool to understand user journey

What do you like best about the product?
Zoning analysis is one of the most useful features. It allows you to see the click zones of users and to discover areas of frustration (click on non-clickable areas for example)
Session replay allows us to get into the skin of our user and to better understand his interaction with the product
What do you dislike about the product?
Mapping can take a long time to set up. In addition, the different page categories are only suitable for ecommerce sites. Even if this has no impact on the use of the tool, this could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We discovered areas of frustration in the user journey that we quickly optimized.

it's hard to follow on all new updates and features but this can be seen as well as advantage of CS

Easy data analytics using the chrome extension. Journey explorer tool in the web app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are more and more features and sometimes hard to keep up with... feel a bit too complicated to navigate the tool

To understand traffic (by device), CTR, Engagement, drop-off locations, those quantitative data

What do you like best about the product?
The product itself is crazy. You can make the right choice with the reliability data and can explore tons of segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor bugs or slowness in the tool and sometimes the UX is not what is expected from this type of solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can analyze simple or complex segments and make the right decision for AB test or development.
I can understand users behaviours, journey and how they interact with the contents

What do you like best about the product?
The analysis modules are precise and the segmentation is advanced. The ability to switch from one module to another based on an action. For example, a click on a button, it is possible to subsequently view the screen recordings containing this action.

The weekly tracking and the training platform for the tool/web analytics are also very high quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs to be organized. Can be a bit expensive.

Constant optimization of product pages / the Home page based on user data
