Outstanding Support and an Ever-Evolving Tool

What do you like best about the product?
How much support you receive from the team at CSQ. They are constantly developing their services and staying relevant to the times.

The training is very comprehensive and the product is constantly evolving. Our team relies on it heavily as an extension of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not sure there is much a dislike. I enjoy the tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Funnel progressions are key for us, and being able to monitor pain points and drop off rates helps us target where next to test and learn.

Powerful Tool with a Steep Learning Curve

What do you like best about the product?
I like the Engagement tool in Contentsquare as it helps me see which features' problems should be prioritized. It plots features on a simple chart that clearly highlights which ones should be a priority. I find it makes understanding usability problems easier compared to a tool like Google Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting the right events to create a journey is challenging. It would be better if I could track my own events through a journey and have Contentsquare create a journey out of them at the same time. It's hard to differentiate between my events and others' events when on a shared network. I'm still learning how to use it, and it's quite a steep learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare to discover usability problems, and it makes understanding issues easier than Google Analytics. The Engagement tool helps prioritize features by highlighting which problems need attention.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how comprehensive Contentsquare is, especially the wide breadth of data it collects. The fact that I can break down to the session replay level, or group performances by different zonings and segments, really helps me figure out which areas of the site perform well and which need improvements. I also appreciate that the initial setup was made smoother by the customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved is the customization of sessions and building blocks that make the metrics to align with other platforms or to our own version of that metric. It would be great to be able to define exactly how these are calculated to align these values with what our vision is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare to provide analysts with meaningful data and insights, monitor trends, and gather quick data. Its comprehensive data collection helps me break down session replays and group performances, showing which site areas perform well and which need improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Data Connect feature of Contentsquare. As a data engineer, I appreciate being able to analyze granular data in my own way using tools I feel comfortable with. The granular event data and a good data model with sessions and users are crucial for enhancing my data analysis tasks. Additionally, I've heard that the initial setup is quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's not already possible, creating all the properties and segments in Contentsquare via code so it can be version controlled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps analyze customer interactions and report on metrics to improve website design. As a data engineer, I like the granular event data and data model, enabling me to analyze data using tools I'm comfortable with.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Contentsquare for looking at journeys and understanding friction points. I like the ability to overlay journey analysis on GA4 data, which helps me understand where we can improve journeys. The zoning feature is particularly beneficial for understanding page-level performance. I appreciate being able to analyze clicks on navigation and how they link to revenue. The impact analysis feature is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to decide what we use GA for and what we use Contentsquare for. Our setup wasn’t quite right, so I found it hard to trust the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Contentsquare to overlay journey analysis on GA4 data, understand friction points, and improve journeys. It helps me analyze page-level performance, link navigation clicks to revenue, and utilize impact analysis effectively.

Powerful Insights, Smooth Interface, But Masking Issues

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Contentsquare Live because it's super easy to use when I'm on a website. It's also really quick, and I can click on the Contentsquare Live X extension to see a variety of metrics on that one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, Contentsquare doesn't always work very well on the journey because of masking. So we can't see a lot of the details, and you'd only know what was going on if you knew the journey really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare helps me see what customers are doing, identify areas they're struggling with, and watch session replays to track their actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Contentsquare to identify friction in the customer journey and understand how customers interact with our websites. It helps us solve issues with our funnels and performance by identifying areas for optimization. I really appreciate how Contentsquare enables us to get one step further and understand the 'why' behind customer behavior. I value the zoning analysis and impact quantification features the most. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

Working across different markets and websites can sometimes be a challenge to do roll-up analysis. I wish we could combine different markets more easily.
