Powerful analytics and tracking tool that can transform your product and UX strategies
What do you like best about the product?
ContentSquare provides a lot of powerful and interesting analytics and dashboard capabilities. These capabilities serve as a great starting point to analysis and gives visual insights into your product.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ContentSquare provides lots of capabilities and dashboards/visualizations, sometimes it can be difficult to find things in the interface. It's also not overly intuitive where the data are coming from and how to access raw data if necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having quick visualizations and dashboard views into insights about our product. This serves as a great starting point for additional research.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to do advanced analysis dedicated to the user experience, study the user journey and user flow to understand the pain point, other this permitted to sees some session replay
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the possibility to managing some aspect of the platform for example the mapping and a sometimes the platform have some problem to read the status of mobile version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bounce rate and exit rate for a different page, otherwise the campaign page, that we check wich element work or not, other this permitted to resolve the missing of A/B test tools

I really like how comprehensive the data is and how flexible the tool is to add new reporting and tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't use the tool regularly, it can be challenging to reorient yourself. Not a flaw in the platform though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heatmapping has helped us optimize everything from the home page and flydown navigation to our PDP template. The video replays of actual shopper sessions have also provided insights that we never had before.

Can take complex data and make it easy to understand and visualise. The integration with tools such as AB Tasty makes it easy to see the results of your tests.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, but it is more in trying to simplify your approach to understanding data and not over thinking it as other analytical programs have taught us to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing the results of changes to the website, viewing user journeys and easily seeing the results of things like AB tests. Improved our merchandising ability by giving us tools to understand the results of how we merchandise our site and adjust accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy understanding of the platform and its utilization and speed support if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only 3 month of data history, which is not enough if you need to compare with the previous year in the same period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Heat area with the zone data that allows us to measure what interest the customer on our website and what have zero impact: the decision is quicker.

At this date i don't have really see any problems with Contentsquare. I can't comment concerning the benefits because my analyses just stating.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly and a tool that allows users to gain interesting insights into their customers' behavior. Besides that, they offer courses to further learn how to use the platform and gain even more information by using the platform. Lastly, the customer service is excellent as they are always ready to help with issues and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is so much you can learn by using the platform that you can't always get the most out of it because of the lack of time. If you take the time to learn how to work with the tool and set up your interface and dashboards, it will save you time in the long term. Sadly there aren't enough hours in a day to use ContentSquare as frequently as I would want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have discovered how banners are performing on our website, how to make mappings and learn about the customer journey. This helps us recognize what pages are causing visitors to bounce/exit. It's also easy to compare how pages are performing and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to perform Experiential analysis comprehensively and based on a combination of "gut" (heatmaps videos) and data elements

Sometimes some of the elements do not look right since the first time and we need to connect with Contentsquare to fix them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking at our Digital Journeys from a Customer-Centric perspective.
Incredibly insightful and easy to use tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare really allows you to delve into the "why" of customer behaviour, and creating segments through zonings really enables you to investigate and understand virtually any type of behaviour or customer. On top of this, it is then easy to quantify the impact of different behaviours/populations, which is great way to solidfy the analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to be able to view Journey Analyses side-by-side without just opening two different tabs. Also would like to be able to view more metrics/segments using sequential logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare has been extremely helpful in quantifying some previously known errors that we couldn't put a monetary value to with our existing tools. Also really helped in delving into analysis to change some redesigns, and turning this analysis around quickly.
