What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Contentsquare is that it is a comprehensive analytics and user-friendly platform providing insights and recommendations for several business users. Here is how we leverage it inside our organization:
- Enabling the UX and analytics team to work together to identify areas of opportunity, such as underperforming pages, UX issues, and suggestions for improvement. The tool helps the team prioritize optimization, quantifying the impact on conversion and revenues of a specific issue, and better understanding where the users may be frustrated or abandon their purchase. Useful both for spot analysis or Conversion Rate Optimization Plans.
- Zoning Analysis helps UI team to optimize content based on users' preferences and behavioral metrics such as hesitation time, time before first click or click recurrences. By looking at session replays, it is possible to understand the experience of every single user deeply.
- Store Management and Visual Merchandising teams to adapt the layout and structure of main website pages, analyzing how users interact with them.

Contentsquare is rich in inputs and insights but also requires teams that can effectively leverage the functionalities.
The outputs of this tool are valuable themselves, still the integration of results with insights from different tools (e.g. website data, transactional data and CRM insights) can make the most of it, helping decision makers to get the full picture.

Great for finding customers friction points and going deeper into our website analysis and perfromance

It can be difficult to use. Not super easy for beginners to use and can take a long time to get comfortable with the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Contentsquare makes it easy for anyone in the team to derive additional insights and look into page performance without the need to code.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CS university tutorials could be improved with case study tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare allows us to easily look into the performance of pages and journey and highlights user frustration points.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the upsides of Contentsquare are the intuitive frontend, far-stretching analysis capabilities, and excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get acquainted with all different facets of the platform, and it's costly for relatively smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously with Google Analytics we weren't able to thoroughly analyze all different touchpoints and segments in and around the customer journey.

So far, the functionality works fine; maybe as I am more involved in my duties, I might come up with an idea of what they could do further than what they already have.

So far, it just look like I need to become more familiar with the platform, but looks promising

We can trace the engagement of our webpages which allow us to understand our areas of improvement to reach our registration target.
ContentSquare Virtual Training Sessions are GREAT!
What do you like best about the product?
First, I want to thank Alexander, Josh, Lauren and Bradley for these April sessions, they were so I had already used ContentSquare in E-Commerce in the past, but these refreshments were very helpful. The new features look awesome! They did a good job of explaining all the main features of ContentSquare, and detailed the new uses. They were very pedagogical and we were able to ask many questions in the chat. Thanks to Alexander for leading these sessions. It was very interactive at the beginning and the little quizzes allow us to participate.
ContentSquare is a very user-friendly platform. The interface is offering so many zoning possibilities, you can review your performances and analyse your KPIs. It's great to figure the customers' journey.

What do you dislike about the product?
These Virtual Training Sessions don't allow to meet or discuss with the other participants of the meeting, we are very limited on zoom, probably so that there's no overflow and that we are well framed, but was disappointed that we can't exchange. Apparently there were only about 20 of us from what I understand for the Americas meetings in April.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in Ecommerce in a cosmetic company, I'm using ContentSquare to analyse the customer journey, the heatmap, the modules that performs well, those that didn't, and after we can ab/test something else or change some copy or using different strategy to bring the website more attractivity.
Unlimited possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
The barrier of entry is surprisingly low. After completing the fundamentals you are ready to analyze the basics of the website. However, the low entry barrier does not mean that the total depth is suffering from it. Anything is possible within Contentsquare, with every analysis bringing new challenges and showing new possibilities. The export function makes it easy to present to people less familiar with the software and the integrations make it perfect for A/B test analyses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times can be a bit annoying at times. It's understandable if you look at everything that needs to be processed, but I've definitely worked with faster software before. Other than that, not much to dislike about Contentsquare other than some minor things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contentsquare is the go-to for A/B test analyses and is perfect to see the performance for each variant in depth. Other than that, I often use Contentsquare to monitor different campagnes and to fully understand the different customer journeys. Tools like GA also give insights in customer journeys, but are way harder to interpret and to prepare. With mappings, goals and segments, different customer journeys can be created / adjusted within seconds.
I would highly recommend Contentsquare to any company looking to optimize their website

What do you like best about the product?
A very user friendly interface which is key for every ecommerce company to optimize their customer experiences on a day to day basis. From workspaces, alerts, analysing A/B-tests it is all there. All inights can be used for real-time data driven decision making

You need to use the tool on a regular basis to really get familiair with all its functionalities. It helps to have a few key users in your team and set-up regular sharing sessions internally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall we are using Contentsquare to analyse the performance of specific customer journeys on our webshops. This is done either via analyzing our A/B-tests, using zoning analysis for the performance of different pages or setting-up alerts to notify us in case any issues arise.
