What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales provides the basic CRM functions
What do you dislike about the product?
The chance of a new feature working properly is far less than 50%. Freddie's AI is stupid, nothing compared to the rest of the market. e.g. the chatbot is useless and Freddie destroys lead scoring and can't be turned off.

Upon automatic renewal of my subscription, I asked them to refund me as we were not going to need it for the upcoming year.
I had to negotiate hard to get my refund, which is not ideal, but in the end, they did it, which is fair.

Freshworks eneqble smy business to properly collect prospect leads and interact with those leads using email automation and sales pipeline.

Customizable Pipelines: Freshsales allows users to create and manage multiple sales pipelines, making it adaptable to different sales processes or teams.

Reporting and Dashboards Can Be Basic: Though it has solid reporting capabilities, the reporting and dashboard functionality could be more advanced, especially for teams with complex reporting needs.

AI-Powered Insights: Freshsales offers AI-driven tools like Freddy AI that provide predictive lead scoring, deal insights, and recommendations. This helps sales teams focus on high-priority leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It packs a powerful set of tools at your disposal for a great price. It is easy to implement and the support is excellent and timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more AI features are available at all tier plans and not only at the most expensive tiers.

What do you like best about the product?
QUITE EASY TO USE & IMPLEMENTATION IS ORDINARY. FREQUENT USE OF IT. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS GOOD

SOME FEATURES ARE MISSING. THEY CAN WORK MORE ON INTEGRATION PART.

Disappointing Experience with Freshworks CRM

no upsides, my attempt to use this was only downsides and frustration.

After evaluating several CRM solutions for my company, I found Freshworks CRM to be the most disappointing option. The platform is unnecessarily complex and counterintuitive, making it challenging to navigate and use effectively.
Customer support was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance, which only added to my frustration. The lack of user-friendly features and support made it difficult to integrate the CRM into our workflow.
I was also concerned about their payment policies. The inability to remove your payment method easily, coupled with their authorization statement to automatically charge the saved payment method, raised red flags for me. As a precaution, I had to cancel the credit card I used to sign up.
Based on my experience and after reading about similar issues from other users, I cannot recommend Freshworks CRM. I suggest exploring other options that offer better usability and more transparent billing practices.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Freshsales as well as the responsiveness of its customer support.

There are a number of features I do not use yet.

Keeping track of prospects and customers as well as email commubnications with both saving us a lot of time.
Good overall for organizing sales, but leaves to be desired on dev support

Overall looks and layout, deal viewer is nice, so is company view

Configuration settings are numerous and cluttered, making it hard to follow along
My peers on the sales sector have expressed better sentiment towards their previous CRM ecosystem called "Salesforce". Could be a good competitor to analyse.
It is very detrimental to develop apps for Freshsales, since upon making a get request of a sale for exempla, returns a specific json structured body, upon uploading an app to production, that json structure is completely* different, adding new structures (data becomes the top object), moving vars to other objects(in case of contact info, moves it to association obj), changing var names entirely (custom_field to custom_fields) etc, making it so if you'd like to have a version of your app to run locally, you'd have to make one version for running locally, and one version with the proper alteration to publish live, making it so you can only test it by constantly publishing new versions of the app, since you cant test the live version locally
