AI-Driven CRM with Seamless Setup But Lacks 3rd Party Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Freshsales acts as a centralized repository, putting every email, call, and meeting in one place like a dashboard, which helps me know what each discussion was about. The lifecycle feature enables me to track the progress of a deal, see who needs a nudge, and automate manual tasks like sending emails or setting reminders. I appreciate that it helps me prioritize leads, focusing on those with a higher chance of success using Freddy AI. I enjoy the activity tracker which provides a timeline of each touchpoint, enabling my firm to reach out at the right time. I also find the automated sequence for outreach smart since it stops whenever the customer replies, and the ability to make calls directly via the CRM is really handy. The layout is great and makes navigation easier. Furthermore, setting it up was easy for my team and me, and it saves us time by reducing the need for accessing multiple apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The mobile app is slow and not all features are available compared to the desktop version. 2. Sometimes data extraction for leads is not accurate, so a double-check by the team is necessary. 3. It lacks integration with third-party platforms like Marketo, Pardot for marketing, and Netsuite and Sage for accounting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Freshsales to centralize contacts and interactions, automate tasks, prioritize leads using AI, and track activity for strategic outreach, saving time and improving decision-making.

What i like the best about Freshsales is its user friendly interface and automation capabilities,it simplifies lead management, automates followups, and provides a clear view of sales pipeline, which saves a lot of time and efforts.

There's no much dislike,but at times the system can be bit slow when loading reports or switching between modules.once it loads though,it performs smoothly.

Freshsales helps solve the challenge of managing leads and followups easily.By automating repetitive tasks and centralizing customer data, it saves a lot of time and ensures no opportunity is missed.

A great lead catring plateform, where you can manage lead distribution in a effective way.

More complex to implement utm source, where we categorize lead source.

A great tool for lead management. By which we can manage and assign n number of leads and respected sale. We can anlysis based on data we get as a lead.

What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, I found it very helpful for creating deals and tracking the activity of prospects. Organizing the status of prospects was straightforward and easy to manage.

So far, everything has been good and I haven't encountered any difficulties.

Previously, I struggled to keep track of the activities completed for prospects, such as emails and reports. However, after I began using Freshsales, it has made things easier by providing helpful notifications and reminders.

It packs a powerful set of tools at your disposal for a great price. It is easy to implement and the support is excellent and timely.

I wish more AI features are available at all tier plans and not only at the most expensive tiers.
