Centralized access has strengthened security and saves time with streamlined user provisioning

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

Our primary use case for OneLogin is to have central management of the solution across all our cloud and on-premises applications. For example, an employee logs in once and gets access to all their approved applications such as Salesforce, Zoom, or Workplace, and we use it to provision access automatically based on their roles when someone joins.

How has it helped my organization?

OneLogin has highly impacted our organization positively because it provides full customized control of user access and multi-factor authentication with great supported methods such as SMS OTP or email OTP, which are the key positive things we are getting from this solution. Since we started using OneLogin, we can clearly see it saving our time and we have seen a great reduction in security incidents.

What is most valuable?

The best feature OneLogin offers is its single sign-on combined with the app catalog, as it has thousands of pre-built app integrations which makes it take less time in the setup of SSO when we need to add or integrate Salesforce or Zoom. This feature also provides centralized visibility, so I can see every app, every user, and every access policy from one place, making this kind of control an excellent feature of this solution.

It has made the troubleshooting easier as well as the management, and it also helps for audit purposes.

What needs improvement?

OneLogin is a great solution with great features and I do not see any improvement needed at this time. One thing that can be improved is that we got some false positives when remote employees were switching networks in the first week, which took some time to fine-tune and settle as per our environment, so that can be more simplified in the initial start.

For how long have I used the solution?

It has been more than four years since I started using OneLogin.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

OneLogin is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

OneLogin's scalability is excellent, as it is matching our growth over time.

How are customer service and support?

OneLogin customer support is very supportive and good in their technical parts. I would rate OneLogin customer support nine out of ten.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

From the start, we have only used OneLogin, and did not previously use a different solution.

How was the initial setup?

My experience with OneLogin regarding pricing, setup cost, and licensing is straightforward, and we got a very positive response from the vendor team. It was straightforward to use OneLogin's single sign-on feature, as we have integrated it with our Active Directory, which is on-premises.

What about the implementation team?

We are a partner with OneLogin and have a business relationship with this vendor other than being a customer.

What was our ROI?

We have seen the time saved as well as the money saved for the organization since implementing OneLogin, indicating a clear return on investment.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

My experience with OneLogin regarding pricing, setup cost, and licensing is straightforward, and we got a very positive response from the vendor team.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We have not gone for an evaluation of other options before choosing OneLogin.

What other advice do I have?

My advice to others looking into using OneLogin is that it is a very useful and powerful solution, so every organization can go for the POC and then procure the solution. I would rate this review nine out of ten.

Centralized access has improved onboarding and now simplifies secure daily logins

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

OneLogin is used to access customer relationship management analytics tools and internal tools. I log in with a single set of credentials, which allows me to quickly access all necessary applications without entering separate usernames and passwords for each tool.

After login, I can directly open the CRM dashboard through the portal, and this saves time and reduces password fatigue.

What is most valuable?

OneLogin simplifies single sign-on, centralizes user management, and allows for quick onboarding of new team members by granting access to all necessary tools in one place.

When someone leaves, I can quickly revoke access to maintain security, which speeds up and controls crucial processes when working with sensitive data in legacy operations.

The best features OneLogin offers are single sign-on, centralized user management, and multi-factor authentication. The multi-factor authentication process is straightforward for the team, providing an extra layer during login to ensure that only authorized users can access sensitive tools and data.

Centralized user management helps the organization day-to-day by making it easier to control access.

OneLogin has positively impacted my organization by saving time, enhancing security, and simplifying user management with multi-factor authentication technology, which allows for quick onboarding and offboarding.

Onboarding has become noticeably faster since access to all necessary applications can be granted in one step rather than managing each tool separately. Offboarding is also quicker and more secure since access can be revoked from all systems quickly.

The audit feature and reporting feature of OneLogin are also valuable.

What needs improvement?

The admin interface can be improved, and configuring advanced settings feels complex, which costs extra time or technical support to troubleshoot.

A better integration of real-time alerts and notifications for access changes could enhance the experience further.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in my current field for approximately ten months.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise others looking into using OneLogin to take full advantage of features such as single sign-on and multi-factor authentication to boost security and efficiency.

Additionally, investing time in training admins on the platform's advanced settings can help avoid confusion and speed up configuration.

I would rate OneLogin an eight out of ten as it offers strong security, centralized management, and significant time savings, although the admin interface and troubleshooting capabilities could be improved.

I chose eight out of ten because the security features are essential for protecting sensitive data with the single sign-on feature, although the admin interface is sometimes complex.

Single sign-on has simplified my daily workflow and keeps my business development tools secure

  • April 08, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I generally use OneLogin because I need multiple business tools for business development, including CRM systems, email platforms, and outreach tools. With OneLogin, I can access single sign-on to multiple apps, which helps save time by not having to remember multiple passwords and makes switching between the tools easy and fast. Multi-factor authentication keeps the business data safe, which helps me remain organized and productive throughout the day.

A typical day for me starts with logging into OneLogin using the single sign-on credential. From OneLogin dashboard, I can access my CRM platform to check up on new leads and update client information, and I also access my email platform for outreach mails and follow-ups. Additionally, I can access LinkedIn-related tools through the app and research to connect with potential clients. Because these tools are connected in one secure login, I can quickly move between the tasks without wasting time on multiple logins.

What is most valuable?

The single sign-on feature and the multi-factor authenticator simply stand out for me.

I do not have to remember multiple logins. OneLogin simplifies access by allowing me to log in to multiple business tools, which saves time and reduces hassles, allowing me to safely focus on my work without the interruption caused by login issues.

It clearly shows all the applications I need to use.

What needs improvement?

During my first month, I cannot judge everything, but it was a bit tricky to use initially. I believe OneLogin can be improved in the future or can provide more documentation. I had specific training for around two to three days to gain knowledge of OneLogin from my company.

The learning curve of OneLogin is a bit tricky, requiring around two to three days of training to use it.

OneLogin is great for both technical and non-technical users, but if you are a non-technical user, you should have a two to three-day training to get accustomed to it.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using OneLogin for around a month only, from the start of my role.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

OneLogin was pretty stable, and I can access it anytime, anywhere, on any device.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

OneLogin is a pretty scalable tool.

What was our ROI?

Time has been saved effectively.

What other advice do I have?

For non-technical users, gaining some knowledge of the tool is essential. They can definitely go for OneLogin; it is the best app. OneLogin is suitable for both technical and non-technical users; if you are a non-technical user, you just need a three-day training and you will learn everything about it. I would rate this product nine out of ten.

Single sign-on has unified daily access and strengthens adaptive authentication for our team

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case is centered around single sign-on and multi-factor authentication across all of our critical business apps. It allows our team to log in once and securely access everything they need, which boosts efficiency and security.

A specific example is that every morning when our team logs in, they use OneLogin to access our project management tools, email, and internal dashboards. For sensitive operations such as accessing financial reports, the adaptive MFA triggers, so they confirm with a push notification or a code. The customization options in OneLogin really let us tailor the security to our exact needs.

What is most valuable?

One of the best features is definitely the breadth of integrations. It works with so many applications out of the box. On top of that, adaptive MFA is really strong, and the admin console is incredibly intuitive. It gives us full visibility and control over user access.

The integrations really stand out because they cover both cloud apps and on-premises solutions seamlessly, which I haven't seen in other tools as comprehensively. The adaptive MFA compared to others is more dynamic. It adjusts based on risk or location, so it's really flexible.

It's had a huge impact. We've seen a big reduction in password fatigue since people only log in once. Security incidents have gone down because of the stronger authentication, and our IT team has saved a lot of time on access issues.

What needs improvement?

I think one area for improvement would be more granular reporting, such as custom dashboards or more detailed audit logs. Additionally, it would be beneficial if there were a few more out-of-the-box integrations with some niche tools we use.

Another area for improvement is that sometimes the user provisioning process can be a bit manual. If they could streamline bulk user updates or automate more workflows, that would really save us even more time.

I think one last improvement could be better customization options for the user dashboard, giving end users more control over their login experience. Overall, the platform is really strong.

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been working in this field for about a year and three months. In that time, I've really focused deeply on identity and access management, especially using OneLogin.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I did evaluate a few other options. I looked at Okta, Azure AD, and also Duo. In the end, OneLogin was the most stable for us. There have been no major outages, and performance has been really consistent.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It's been really solid. As our team has grown, OneLogin has scaled effortlessly. I haven't had to make any major adjustments, and adding new users or apps is really easy. It scales quite well with our needs.

How are customer service and support?

The customer support has been excellent. Whenever we've had questions or needed help with setup, their team responded quickly and really guided us step by step. It's been a really positive experience overall.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I was previously using Okta before OneLogin. I switched because OneLogin offered more flexible pricing and better integration with some of our custom tools. Additionally, the user experience was smoother for our team.

How was the initial setup?

It was actually pretty straightforward. OneLogin offers a lot of pre-built connectors, so integrating with third-party providers just involved a few configuration steps. It was pretty seamless, and I didn't run into major roadblocks.

What about the implementation team?

I didn't purchase it through the AWS Marketplace. I went directly through OneLogin's sales team, and then I configured the integration with our AWS environment after the fact.

What was our ROI?

I've definitely seen a return. I reduced the time spent on password resets by about 40%, and IT saved around 15 hours a month. By streamlining access, I avoided a few potential security incidents, which saved me quite a bit of risk-related cost.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Pricing was actually pretty transparent from the start. The setup costs were moderate. There was some initial consulting to get it configured, but the licensing is flexible. I pay per user, and that scales pretty well with my team size. Overall, it was pretty good.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I did evaluate a few other options. I looked at Okta, Azure AD, and also Duo. In the end, OneLogin was the most stable for me.

What other advice do I have?

I'd recommend taking the time to map out your needs first, especially regarding integrations and MFA requirements. Make sure to take advantage of the trial so you can test it in your environment. Once you implement it, keep monitoring usage to fine-tune the settings for your team. My overall review rating for OneLogin is 8 out of 10.

  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for OneLogin is to enable single sign-on to all our applications and devices, critical devices, and to manage authentication while enforcing security policies, which allows us to control login behavior and apply strengthened access security.

OneLogin allows users to log in once and access all applications without re-entering credentials or passwords, which simplifies and provides seamless daily work for users, reducing password-related issues.

What is most valuable?

OneLogin provides a smooth SSO experience and strong security features that help us achieve a compliance-ready environment, and it integrates well with multiple applications, improving user productivity and providing central access control.

The single sign-on and user access management have the biggest impact in our organization because they manage user access centrally across the system, allowing access to be assigned or removed easily, reducing manual efforts and simplifying work.

Strong security has become seamless and saves time through automated user access management

  • April 07, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

Our primary use case for OneLogin is giving every employee secure, simple, seamless access to every application they need while giving IT complete central control over all that access.

We are using OneLogin for multi-factor authentication, making security invisible. One of the things we are most proud of about OneLogin is deployment, how we made strong security fields almost invisible to employees. This is an example of operation, and we are able to seamlessly manage user data and user accounts.

The best thing about OneLogin is that the integration was seamless and we have not faced any kind of challenge. It provides audit and compliance preparation, so we are able to meet our audits by gathering the logs from OneLogin. We are able to easily deploy or provision users in OneLogin.

What is most valuable?

The best features provided by OneLogin are its usability and the seamless integration with Active Directory, how the multi-factor authentication works, and automated provisioning and de-provisioning of users.

OneLogin is really helpful in our organization and has impacted it positively.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Because I am the IT team engineer, I do not participate or am a teammate who really handles the pricing setup cost, so that is a different team in our organization that handles all pricing setup cost or licensing things.

What other advice do I have?

I will advise anyone looking for this kind of solution that they can consider OneLogin as a most impactful tool that can be deployed in a cloud-based environment or hybrid environment, providing a more efficient, secure, and compliance-ready environment that will lead to a really good return on investment in real time for any organization. I would rate this solution a 9 out of 10.

Centralized access has simplified banking workflows and now improves HR and IT efficiency

  • April 04, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

In the banking sector, we face issues from the different products used, so after trying OneLogin, the customer is very satisfied with the support and how things are working with them; it is easy to use with a user-friendly interface.

In banking sector projects, I see good features in OneLogin, such as deploying with firewalls and Cisco switches, which our previous product could not do, making this a significant advantage.

OneLogin is deployed in my organization using a public cloud only, AWS.

What is most valuable?

OneLogin creates an easy environment for me where I do not have to remember each and every user's password all the time, as we can use a single password for multiple applications and it syncs with AD.

OneLogin's best features, in my experience, include its ability to sync up with multiple products such as firewalls, switches, and servers, enhancing password security.

After implementing OneLogin, my daily workflow improves since I no longer need to save passwords in Excel; OneLogin provides mail with usernames and passwords automatically.

OneLogin positively impacts my organization, making the work of HR and IT teams much easier by streamlining user data management and authentication methods.

Since implementing OneLogin, the HR and IT teams save a significant amount of time, completing projects in one day that used to take one to two days.

What needs improvement?

Regarding OneLogin's improvement, I would suggest making the interface more user-friendly and enhancing security features through implementing DLP.

Regarding needed improvements for OneLogin, I believe adding product details for sync capabilities with third-party products would allow for easier pitching to customers.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using OneLogin for the past one to two years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

In my experience, OneLogin is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of OneLogin is very good.

How are customer service and support?

My experience with customer support has been very good.

I would rate customer support a nine.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I previously used a cross-identity management solution for authentication, but switched to OneLogin due to many glitches and delays in the former solution.

How was the initial setup?

The integration of phishing-resistant device trust enhances our authentication processes with a two-layer security factor via WAF and OneLogin.

The user experience for signing in and authenticating with OneLogin is very useful, as users can easily access what they need without facing issues.

The user identity synchronization across directories in OneLogin takes a bit of time initially, but once synchronized, it works amazingly.

What about the implementation team?

We have a business relationship with this vendor as we are a reseller.

What was our ROI?

There has been a return on investment since implementing OneLogin, particularly in saved time and reduced stress for IT staff, especially those working remotely.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

The pricing, setup cost, and licensing for OneLogin are high, requiring more technically knowledgeable persons for implementation.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I evaluated other options such as Cisco ISE and Zscaler before choosing OneLogin, running demos with these two products.

What other advice do I have?

I rate OneLogin a nine on a scale of one to ten.

I give it a nine because a few improvements are still needed, but I appreciate the features OneLogin provides.

For those considering OneLogin, I recommend it for banking and BFSI sectors or small businesses facing issues, as it offers features that competitors such as Zscaler and Cisco ISE do not support.

I believe providing on-premises boxes for trial purposes would be helpful for small businesses to test the product.

SmartFactor Authentication impresses me with its ability to balance security and usability effectively.

I have assessed SmartFactor Authentication and found it advantageous.

Single sign-on has unified access, improved security, and eliminated orphan user accounts

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

OneLogin's main use case in our organization is ensuring that the right person has access to the right tools by bringing everything under control. It serves as one place to manage all access and provides one login for all employees. OneLogin helps manage access for our employees by giving every employee a single login to access everything they need. They log in once at the start of their workday with their company username and password, and they are ready to go without waiting for anything. There are no more forgotten passwords to juggle and no more account lockouts, just one simple login and employees are ready to work.

What is most valuable?

The best feature that OneLogin offers in my experience is how much time it saves everyone, not just IT but every single employee in the organization. Employees no longer waste time logging in with credentials because before OneLogin, people wasted considerable time trying to get into applications, dealing with forgotten passwords, account lockouts, and waiting for reset emails. These issues have been completely solved with OneLogin.

Users benefit from a good user interface to log in that is very simple and user-friendly. Employees are very satisfied with this solution because they are not stuck having to remember multiple passwords or log in to each application individually whenever they need it. Logging in once provides access to everything.

Before OneLogin, security was inconsistent across applications, where some applications had strong passwords while others had weak ones, and some had multi-factor authentication while others did not. After implementing OneLogin, the same strong security standard applies everywhere because authentication goes through OneLogin first. This has closed many security gaps we had in our application login processes.

OneLogin solved a significant challenge for us regarding the orphan account problem, which was our biggest and most embarrassing issue before implementation. We ran an audit for deployment and found multiple accounts still active in our various applications belonging to people who had left the company, which was flagged as high priority. This problem no longer exists because automated de-provisioning means that the moment someone leaves the organization, every access point is closed immediately.

OneLogin has made three important improvements to our organization. It has significantly increased the security of our SaaS applications, it is saving time for every user because there are no manual processes, and anyone with just one login can access everything with security.

What needs improvement?

I do not see any significant issues or challenges with OneLogin because it provides good security with simplified management of the login process for users. However, one thing that could be simplified is the initial setup because it was somewhat tricky during implementation in the initial phase.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using OneLogin for more than three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

OneLogin is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

The scalability of OneLogin is outstanding, and there are no issues with scalability as it is achieving all our needs.

How are customer service and support?

We have had a great experience with the customer support team, who are very responsive whenever we encounter any issue or technical problems.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

From day one, we have been using OneLogin and have not used any other solution.

How was the initial setup?

One thing that could be simplified is the initial setup because it was somewhat tricky during the implementation in the initial phase.

What about the implementation team?

I have had a great experience with the pricing, setup cost, and licensing because the sales team was very helpful in setting up the solution, resulting in a great overall experience.

What was our ROI?

We have seen a return on investment as we started seeing measurable benefits from the first month after we went live. The full return on investment, including licensing, deployment, and training, was achieved within one month, making it significant.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

I have had a great experience with the pricing, setup cost, and licensing because the sales team was very helpful in setting up the solution, resulting in a great overall experience.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

OneLogin was the first solution we looked at, so we have not evaluated other options.

What other advice do I have?

I would recommend to others looking into using OneLogin to sit down and list every single application your organization uses before doing anything. Start with an application inventory and prioritize your most-used and most-sensitive applications, and clean up your Active Directory before connecting to OneLogin. This review receives a rating of 9.

Single sign-on has improved security and simplifies my daily access to all business applications

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for OneLogin is the single sign-on (SSO) to access multiple applications with one login. I log in once to OneLogin in the morning, and then I can access my applications, such as email and the portal, and internal systems without entering credentials again. It saves time and avoids remembering multiple passwords.

What is most valuable?

OneLogin is beneficial in managing user access securely. We can enable MFA control, determining which user can access which application, which improves overall security.

The best features of OneLogin's single sign-on include logging in once to access all applications without re-entering passwords, multi-factor authentication, user provisioning, and auto-user management. This is helpful with MFA, which has improved our security by adding an extra verification step. Even if a password is compromised, an unauthorized user cannot access the system without an OTP or mobile authentication.

OneLogin has improved both security and user experience in our organization. Specific outcomes include improved security with MFA, which has enabled the risk of unauthorized access to be reduced significantly, and faster login, better management, and reduced IT workload.

What needs improvement?

Service outages can affect login access, so improving uptime would help avoid business disruptions. Additionally, faster support response can enhance customer experience. Customer support can be improved, especially for critical issues. Sometimes I reach the customer support team, but the response can take a long time, so this is an area for improvement.

A better remote access experience when logging in outside of the office is also needed. Remote VPN can be smoother and more user-friendly.

High availability and downtime handling are necessary. Since OneLogin is a centralized solution, any outage can impact all applications, so improving uptime and failover mechanisms is important. Better API automation capabilities and improved reporting and analysis are also needed. Simplifying integration and setup is another area for improvement.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been working in this field for the last three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

OneLogin is stable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

OneLogin is highly scalable. It is a cloud-based solution, so it can easily support growing users and applications.

How are customer service and support?

Customer support is good overall, but sometimes it could be more time-effective.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I was previously using the traditional Active Directory, but it lacked centralized cloud access and SSO capabilities. I needed a centralized solution for managing multiple cloud applications. SSO was required to improve user experience and reduce password issues, along with the need for strong security with MFA and adaptive authentication, which led me to choose OneLogin.

What was our ROI?

I can see a clear return on investment after implementing OneLogin. This includes improved productivity with SSO; daily, I do not log in to multiple apps, which improves overall productivity. I notice strong ROI as it helps reduce help desk tickets, provides major time savings in user management, improves productivity with SSO, and provides better security overall, lowering operational costs and increasing efficiency. This results in significant time savings, approximately 80%.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I evaluated other options before choosing OneLogin, such as Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, and Ping Identity, which offer advanced IAM features. I chose OneLogin due to its cost-effectiveness, easy deployment, and strong identity management features.

What other advice do I have?

I would advise others considering OneLogin to clearly define their requirements first. Understanding the need for SSO, MFA, and provisioning integration before implementation helps choose the right plan and avoid complexity. Utilizing automation features to take advantage of automated provisioning and de-provisioning reduces manual work and improves security. Strong SSO and MFA features with good user management are offered, but there is still room for improvement in areas such as support and advanced controls. I would rate OneLogin 8 out of 10.

Automated onboarding and secure MFA access have transformed our workforce identity management

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

Our main use case for OneLogin is for employee onboarding, employee offboarding, remote work, and multifactor authentication enforcement. For the security team, compliance and auditing are also part of our use case, and we are using all these features.

For example, a new hire gets access to all their tools while joining the company, and it automatically grants their access based on their roles. This is automated with the help of OneLogin. Moreover, with the help of this tool, the security team can see exactly who accessed what and at what time, so we can get this data from the centralized OneLogin dashboard.

HR-driven identity management plays a crucial role in streamlining employee identity handling in our organization, as we have different departments and multiple employees in each department. Access to applications for a particular user is managed through OneLogin.

How has it helped my organization?

OneLogin has saved time for both our employees and our IT team. We have fewer tickets, and in less time, we see more productivity. Indirectly, money is being saved for the organization.

It has improved productivity because users do not have to worry about authentication or multifactor authentication for their onboarding while joining the company. This process is getting faster with the use of the solution.

What is most valuable?

The best features OneLogin offers are usability, which is very simple for the end-users, and its auto-provisioning feature that syncs with HR tools whenever a new employee is getting onboarded or offboarded. All the autogrant access or revoke access is getting automated, and these are the key features that we are benefiting from the solution.

The auto-provisioning feature of OneLogin makes things easier for the IT team because we do not have to spend a lot of time on onboarding or offboarding employees.

OneLogin provides compliance and auditing for the audit team, as well as auto-provisioning and multifactor authentication, which are the key features.

OneLogin has Smart Factor Authentication as a native feature with an MFA engine powered by machine learning tools, so usability is good.

The user identity synchronization across directories functionality is smooth.

The authentication method for phishing-resistant authentication is something I appreciate.

The seamless end-user experience for signing in and authenticating to needed applications is good, and we are getting a good response from our end-users during the authentication process, so there is no issue.

The adaptive login flows with Vigilance AI checks real-time analysis and user behavior, and if any malicious activity is detected, it blocks access. That is the use case of Vigilance AI.

What needs improvement?

I do not see any feature that is not offered by OneLogin, so everything is perfect. The only thing that could be improved is the setup complexity, which can sometimes be a little difficult for initial configuration or customized policy, so this can be simplified.

What other advice do I have?

I highly recommend OneLogin to other organizations. If a company is looking for this type of solution, they can consider it one of the best solutions in the market.

I selected nine out of ten because I think there is room for future enhancement of the solution, as more features can be added. However, nine reflects my view that it is the best solution for our environment.

OneLogin is a SaaS-based solution, so it is deployed in a cloud-based environment. My overall rating for this review is nine out of ten.
