What do you like best about the product?
All aspects of our accounting process in one place. From purchase orders to invoices and financial statements. The flow is clear and percise. Reports can be viewed or export quickly for analyzing records.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we must go through a third party for support and often do not recived quality responses. Often we are refered to watching videos or reading the help canned responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently we are working on producing reports for productive hours. Sage has been key in developing a plan to improve our productive hours for employees.

I enjoy the customizability of the software and how easy it is to create reports based on the data in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many options on ways to tackle the problem at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is solving our accounting issues and it helps because now we don't have to worry about those issues affecting our business.

Sage Intacct meets our needs and integrates with the other platforms that are critical to daily operations
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of issuing customer statements for part of our operation is less than perfect. It would be a great benefit is Sage were to develop the ability to either exclude and entity or specify which entities are included for issuing customer statements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous software was end of life so Sage replaced the previous software we were using.

What do you like best about the product?
Dimensional accounting and Multi entity management becomes comparatively easy. Also custom dashboards help with instant insights into KPIs
What do you dislike about the product?
Features like project accounting or advanced inventory are sold as separate modules which add to cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated reconciliation feature helps to eliminate Manual reconciliation process and helps for a faster month end close
