Overview
Traccar GPS Fleet Tracking Server by Code Creator provides a ready to launch GPS tracking platform for AWS customers who want to monitor vehicles, mobile assets, GPS devices, and location history from their own EC2 instance.
This AMI includes Traccar on Ubuntu with Docker Compose, a TimescaleDB PostgreSQL database backend, Nginx landing page, first boot public IP configuration, generated database password, FIRST_LOGIN guidance, and Code Creator helper commands for status, logs, backups, URLs, and device port guidance.
Customers can open the Traccar web interface, create the first administrator account, add GPS devices, configure device identifiers, and connect devices using the correct Traccar protocol port. The first registered Traccar user becomes the administrator, and users should save the password they create during first login.
This server is useful for GPS tracking pilots, fleet monitoring, delivery operations, asset location tracking, device testing, and self hosted Traccar deployments where customers want a faster starting point than building the stack manually.
This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges are applied for the deployment of the application and AMI support and compliance.
