Targetprocess is a powerful product that is frequently used by the whole organization. The powerful visualization of my workflow is a blessing because it allows me to have a perfect distraction-free overview of my projects. Moreover, the ability of this software to drill down or scale up is quite astonishing in order to get details from each and every level of the hierarchy in just a few minutes.
What is most valuable?
The best features Targetprocess offers include web-based administrators of this application that allow me to do field level mapping in a significant way. It lets us use graphical and custom reports to pinpoint certain trends and I am able to forecast performance. Additionally, program board management, risk stroke dependency management, creating graphs and dashboards, and project governance planning are also great features.
Targetprocess has positively impacted my organization because the license cost is low, hence saving a lot of time and cost. Efficiency has been improved.
I am able to save approximately three to four hours per project. Also, it has increased levels of cross-team transparency.
What needs improvement?
Targetprocess can be improved by enhancing integration. Also, personalization capabilities at every user level should be improved.

A quick specific example of how I use Targetprocess in my daily work is that the timeline feature is making my activities and time tracking abilities more enhanced and effective. Hence, I am able to tackle more projects on time and I am able to hit the deadline and deliver the projects on time to my clients.
I would add that Targetprocess enables me to consolidate silos of data into a useful pattern without any hesitation. Hence, I am able to make data-driven decisions easily.
My advice to others looking into using Targetprocess is that I think the tool could be utilized for most groups wanting to track their work. It provides functionality that can be customized to meet the needs of multiple groups within the same organization.
I have additional thoughts about Targetprocess, as its biggest strengths are that it is highly customizable, can fit the needs of almost any team, it is a robust reporting tool, easy to use and administer, and provides all the functionality an Agile organization would be looking for. The support team and user guide are phenomenal.

My main use case for Targetprocess is to organize our software backlog and track all the work items done by the various teams, and I also track our issues, bugs, dependencies, releases, and more for all of the projects and teams that work within the IT and Technology Development departments.
A quick, specific example of how I use it for one of my projects is that dashboards are then used to track progress across this and to see how they influence each other.
In addition to that, I use Targetprocess for creating work instructions, capturing decomposition of features, and planning, and it also helps developers know what work has priority.

We also use Targetprocess to manage portfolio demand, resource allocations, and costs in a way that is beneficial for our operations.

It does not save the notification option configured when logging a comment, and other users in my organization complain that the main search option is not user-friendly, which sometimes frustrates us or slows us down.

In terms of my portfolio without IBM process, Targetprocess has considerably accelerated my adoption of agile practices, which would have been at a slower and more cumbersome pace. Comparing my portfolio to other internal portfolios as well as external companies, I see that the lack of adequate tools to measure, monitor, and improve is a limiting factor.
