What is our primary use case?
Coursera for Business is what we utilize when we want a certain training to be deployed at a large-scale team, and it can be effectively scaled up to a large number of people, which is very helpful for us. We conduct lots of training through it.
Recently, we utilized multiple AI-related courses and security-related programs over Coursera for Business , and that was excellent.
That is the main way we utilize Coursera for Business for our team.
What is most valuable?
Coursera for Business offers several best features including easy access, easy navigation, and the ability to track all learning in one place. I can keep track of what I am currently working on and what I have accomplished, including certificates, all organized in a very sorted manner.
The content that Coursera for Business provides is top-tier, and the flexibility to complete the courses entirely online has helped me and my team. I can learn anytime and anywhere, and I can select my own pace for how I want to proceed with the course, which is very effective.
Coursera for Business has helped to upskill our team very effectively, enabling us to gain knowledge and experience within a short period of time.
We have utilized some courses on AI, and using those courses, the team has scaled up their expertise and gained valuable knowledge in the AI domain. This is directly visible to us, and it has positively impacted our client engagement.
What needs improvement?
I think there is variable quality among courses. Sometimes some courses go into very long depth, but some courses lack the depth that is required for that particular course. The cost is also a concern, as for enterprise level, the course can be expensive. However, if you are a small team, you can opt for other trainings or other platforms if you do not have that budget. If you have a budget and a large team, then Coursera for Business is very good.
I would like to add one more thing. There is no direct interaction between the trainer and the learner, so Coursera for Business could introduce some features like a coach connection or trainer connection so that learners or students who have purchased that course can be in touch.

I have been using Coursera for Business for more than 1.5 years in my current company and utilizing its benefits, performance, and courses to elevate my learning experience.

If you are looking for a product that can help your team to skill up and gain valuable learning without roaming around different courses and hopping from one to another, then Coursera for Business is one place that you can definitely refer to, and it will definitely help.
Coursera for Business follows all the guidelines of government in whatever country it is operating. Speaking from an enterprise perspective, if we have certain requirements, Coursera for Business definitely meets those as well, so they have good guidelines.
I have recorded everything that I feel is important, and that is all from my side. Everything is good, and there is nothing to be changed.

Our primary use case for Coursera for Business is using it for employee upskilling, training, and development processes, and completing certification courses. Our main use is for learning purposes and growing our team's professional growth.
Our team is working on various courses as we are in a developing phase. When new technologies or new learning opportunities arise in the market or current situation, we have our team learn that course and provide certification from high-rated industry and high-rated company standards. We can develop our skills with these courses, and it would be very helpful for our team.
What is most valuable?
The best feature of Coursera for Business is that it has a large-scale selection of courses from industry-leading top companies. It has many types of courses that we have evaluated, so we can choose any of these for employment, business growth, technical professionals, or business professionals who can reach out to Coursera and learn from them. This represents a large scale of development.
Our team is recently working on DevOps engineering and other areas where we lack deeper knowledge. Our team is currently using the DevOps courses from Coursera, and we are learning a great deal from this while getting certified. This will be very helpful for our team.
I can mention that it has a very user-friendly user interface. Any person can simply explore the Coursera website and learning page to get an easy understanding of what video conferencing, calls, and the UI are about. The user-friendly interface allows any person to understand the learning phase and certifications.

Whenever any issue or troubleshooting arises, I contact support and receive feedback within 24 hours. It is a great experience.

Previously, I could not use any other solution. We were using some internal courses and some YouTube learning resources.

What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Coursera for Business is to take online courses to improve myself. When we are purchasing new products, we use Coursera for Business to learn new things and technologies. Recently, I used Coursera for Business to learn many things, including completing my AWS certifications and obtaining the certification training for that, as well as completing DynaTrace training. I am also completing some of my company training on this platform.
What is most valuable?
I find Coursera for Business to be a good analytic tool and a good platform where we can track all employees' courses. When we want to give training to all employees, we prepare courses, give them to all employees, and track their progress. It provides a strong learning path showing role-based certification and is flexible, allowing courses to be saved and revisited anytime.
The best features of Coursera for Business that stand out to me include the user-friendly UI, where you can easily see all options on a single screen. While watching a video, you experience clear voice and video quality with very knowledgeable speakers.
The user-friendly UI impresses me because it allows me to see my video playing with captions for language support. It supports multiple languages and includes a sidebar that shows my progress and what the next topic will be, all visible on the same screen.
Coursera for Business has positively impacted my organization by helping to complete training. Previously, we sent videos via email, and not everyone watched them. With this product, everyone is watching the videos and taking the training, which is essential for all security companies to be aware of threats.
Since using Coursera for Business, I have noticed that after purchasing it, all employees are regular in completing their courses on time. We also provide a free version so employees can learn independently about new products or tools such as DynaTrace, Jenkins , and DevOps, which benefits their career and helps the company.
What needs improvement?
To improve Coursera for Business, I believe there could be custom support to deploy my own courses in an independent environment visible only to me and my company. That is a feature they could consider adding.
The main improvement I suggest is the addition of offline learning, which would be the best option, allowing us to access materials without needing the internet.
I chose a rating of nine because it is a good platform with no issues. However, the lack of an offline option and the sometimes high costs for individual users make some people avoid it, opting for free training on platforms such as YouTube.

What is our primary use case?
Coursera for Business was recently used by my company to develop training, especially for generative AI and company AI training. Prior to this, I used Coursera twice for personal use.
A specific example of how I have used Coursera for Business for generative AI training in my company is that our HR department team trains us on how we are using AI to boost our productivity. I believe that our HR developed us to be more resilient with AI and how we work alongside it.

The best features Coursera for Business offers are related to how they develop their training and how easily digestible the training is for us.
The training is easy to digest due to the format, the pace, and the way the content is organized—all of that contributes to its digestibility.
Regarding the features, the lectures come from certified professionals with fast and varied experience, so we can trust the lectures.
