The goal is a self-sufficient team and durable adoption, not dependence on us.

Complex engagements add custom integrations and advanced configuration for jurisdictions with more involved data and process requirements. Final scope, timeline, and price are set with you and delivered through a private offer.
Support before and after you buy
Before purchase, a former health department leader will scope your engagement with you directly, with no sales engineer intermediary. After a private offer is accepted, we contact you with next steps within two business days and stay engaged through go-live and the transition to your ongoing PH360 subscription support tier: Standard, Premier, or Signature.
