Overview
The structural change public health was promised never came. AI is the first tool that can advance the mission without legislation or another decade, and PH360 is built specifically for public health to deliver it. PH360 is a public health reasoning engine purpose-built for the operational work of local and state health departments, across all areas of public health practice. It is not a general AI tool you bend to fit, and not a clinical system aimed at the exam room.
A reasoning engine for public health operations
PH360 comes with a cureated public health reasoning baseline, including the Pink Book, the Red Book, MMWR recommendations, reportable condition case definitions, and the FDA model food code, so it does real work the day you sign. It reasons across that federal baseline and your own state code, county SOPs, standing orders, and outbreak plans together through agents you build, taking on the operational middle of the work: matching a case, an inspection, or a complaint against the rules, codes, and prior decisions that govern it, so your team can stay on the judgment, communication, and community trust that only they can provide.
Maple: put the reasoning engine to work
Maple is how your staff access the reasoning engine on the task in front of them, whether that is investigating a communicable disease case, working an inspection, preparing accreditation evidence, drafting an exposure or exclusion letter, or pulling the controlling citation in the field. Maple works in plain language and grounds its output in the source by document name, section, and subsection, so staff can act quickly and verify before they do.
Oak: localize the engine through Agents
Oak is how your teams localize the reasoning engine to your jurisdiction by building no-code Agents for the specific jobs your team does, such as an environmental health inspection assistant, communicable disease case investigation, emergency preparedness, accreditation evidence, community education, and grant narrative drafting. Each Agent carries your local context and operating procedures, takes about thirty minutes to build, and needs no prior AI knowledge.
Built for how public health buys and governs software
PH360 supports your compliance with the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule, with a Business Associate Agreement signed at contract, and it is independently SOC 2 Type II audited for security and confidentiality. It is built for public records and Sunshine law obligations: every prompt and response is logged automatically with user inputs, AI responses, timestamps, attached documents, the model used, and token metadata, and admins can export chat history in JSON, CSV, or XML whenever a request lands. Your data stays yours, with no third-party sharing, no model training on your knowledge base, isolated tenancy per customer, and certified deletion at termination. PH360 is in production across 15 health departments today, where Public Health Sauk County measured an 83 percent reduction in food code citation lookup time with 100 percent adoption within 30 days.
Highlights
- A public health reasoning engine, not a general chatbot. PH360 comes with a curated reasoning baseline, including the Pink Book, Red Book, MMWR recommendations, reportable condition case definitions, and the FDA Food Code, and reasons across that federal baseline and your own state code, county SOPs, and standing orders through agents you build. It takes on the operational middle of the work across all areas of public health practice, so your team stays on judgment and community trust.
- Access it with Maple, localize it with Oak. Maple puts the reasoning engine to work on the task in front of staff, from communicable disease case investigation to inspections, accreditation evidence, and drafting exposure letters, grounding every output in its source. Oak lets your teams build no-code Agents for your jurisdiction in about thirty minutes each, carrying your local context and operating procedures, with no prior AI knowledge needed.
- Built for how public health governs software. Supports HIPAA compliance with a BAA at contract, independently SOC 2 Type II audited, and built for public records and Sunshine law, with every prompt and response logged and exportable in JSON, CSV, or XML. Your data stays yours: no third-party sharing, no model training on your knowledge base, isolated tenancy, and certified deletion. In production across 15 health departments in the US.
