My main use case for IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson is specifically for iOS mobile device management.
What is most valuable?
A quick, specific example of how I use IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson for iOS mobile device management in my day-to-day work is that the most useful features for us are security profiles and device location checking. It includes many other features such as update management, app deployment, and remote wiping. We are able to link IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson to our Apple devices enrollment program account, so devices purchased from Apple automatically get added.
The best features IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson offers are security profiles, app deployment, and device inventory. The app deployment and device inventory features help my team by allowing for select deployment. It helps select apps to automatically be deployed on a device.
Device inventory maintains a list of hardware information and attributes associated with enterprise users.
IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson has positively impacted my organization by saving time. It allows our IT to deploy settings templates rather than manually configuring devices. Our IT has been able to achieve time savings from 45% to 62.5%, which has significantly changed their workflow.

My main use case for IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson is to manage, configure, and secure our customers' devices. Enrolled devices can be tracked, locked, and also wiped. With compliance rules, we ensure the devices are meeting all corporate policies. With the expense management, roaming charges have been minimized. The complete reporting provides a great audit trail.
A quick specific example of how I use IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson in my daily work is to put devices into kiosk mode and limit functionality for kiosk-based or purpose-driven devices.
Setting up compliance rules allows for granular control to enforce company policies around data access, such as device location can be used to take action such as send a message, lock a device, or even wipe it.
How has it helped my organization?
IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson has positively impacted my organization by helping in the quick offboarding of employees leaving our company. Expense management for roaming has minimized downtime and charges, hence saving a lot of cost. It ensures secure access to corporate devices.
Security has greatly improved in my organization, especially when it comes to our devices. I am able to take care of our data and control the data. Security has improved from 40 to 65%. I have been able to wipe some devices when I see it's data security breaching.

Taking actions on devices to control functionality rounds out the key capabilities.
Out of those features, I find myself using the management of our devices, which includes Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and Chrome all together, the most often, which has reduced the data breaches and also enhanced security in my organization widely.
Additionally, it includes AI features which help to support quick deployment and save a lot of time.

I think remote wiping should be improved in IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson.
The speed when it comes to needed improvements could be a little bit faster.
