Aequum AI builds privacy-preserving demographic analytics for measuring fairness and equity. Our models estimate race and ethnicity from names and geography using a published methodology that exceeds BISG/BIFSG accuracy with lower false-positive bias, and they run entirely inside the customer's own AWS account, so input data never leaves it. We focus on aggregate, population-level use - fair-lending and fair-housing monitoring, redlining and disparity measurement, and equity research - with explicit acceptable-use terms and documented limitations of which groups can be reliably estimated.
