PRILINK offers AI transformation services for Contatct Center and Business Office operations using network metadata (NM) . As network traffic correlates to the operations, NM based transformation simplifies the tasks of WFM, quality assurance, vendor collaboration, network event management and security. We track up to 1M IP sessions simultaneously at 20Gbps using a small 30W-HW, 5Gbps with C5N.xlarge in AWS or 2.5Gbps with Win11.
