Cisco Partner using Webex Calling
What do you like best about the product?
We migrated from on-prem CUCM and discovered Webex Calling is a great solution. One of the best things is being cloud-based, significantly simplifying the infrastructure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex Calling Plan is unavailable in my country (Brazil), so this can be improved. Compatibility with older devices such as 3905 would also be nice to have. Features such as Billing/CDR/Usage Reports could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved to a smaller office so there isn't much room for physical gear anymore. So, being able to use as much Cloud solutions as possible is a huge benefit as it saves physical space, power, and simplifies our internal IT operation as well.

Everything communications related - in one place with quick clicks menus on the side and icon pictures that actually make sense!

VOIP coms at a reasonable licensing cost that is scaleable to huge organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex provides various tools for online meetings, video conferencing, screen sharing, and file sharing, allowing teams to collaborate effectively regardless of their physical location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users may find the Webex interface overwhelming or complicated, particularly when accessing advanced features or settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Webex Calling, businesses can easily scale their communication system up or down based on their needs. Adding or removing users, setting up new offices, or expanding globally becomes simpler and more flexible, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.

single app and management with detailed information about organization usage and user view.

nothing but a little bit about app usage. it is moving fast but using lot of BW.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
management service is fully solved by using webex calling. it helps us to rely o cisco webex team to support us.
Smooth and Easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the reception, no static on the background and i can hear the caller crystal clear and vise versa. The Video have an option for HD as well which other applications doesn't have.

So far None. Our company is using WEBEX for calls and video conferencing

We had a cross development team from multiple countries, Sweden, Italy and India, we had an amazing call experience using webex. Our go-to option has always been Webex and it provided seamless connection [with very little lag at times]
Ease in Real-Time Communications
What do you like best about the product?
The ideal aspect about webex calling in my view is the ease I transition for communication; I can be on a call in the office and still be able to take calls on my portable smart mobile device when I am out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much that I dislike about webex calling. It's a ideal thus far, however, I am curious to see how future updates renders its efficiency that I am accustomed to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The real-time swiftness and multi-tasksing functions that enable simultaneous attendance to calls and incoming messages from individual users and/or teams surely streamlines efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling makes collaborating easier with digferent clients, mettings. A lot of features to use and friendly UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Some audio issues and some operating costs should be less. Overall this can be reduced in near future

Voice over internet solutions , only need internet for calling .
Hard to implement but easy to use once in place

Difficult to implement. Hard to find COP files on the support site to ensure operability with lower versions of CUCM

It will allow us to convert our International locations from virtual servers that we need to maintain to a simple web connection
Simple, Flexible and Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The Webex desktop app is intuitive and easy to use. Coupled with the fact that a similar user interface is enabled from within the mobile app, you have a unified user experience across platforms. The calling functionality is also simple to use and administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Webex App instability has happened in the past, compromising the end-user experience and usability. Likewise there has been the odd cloud platform issue which impacts the ability to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we ran our telephony in-house on a datacentre hosted Cisco CUCM platform. This worked well for many years, but ultimately the agility and flexibility offered by a cloud system won out, and the migration from Cisco to Cisco was unbelievably straight forward.
